4th Amendment Rights Violations & Corruption exposed of Police,DAs,Judges & others.

We are fighting for our rights in Alaska too & this will affect the entire nation!

It just boggles my mind how little people care about having any rights!

I was falsely arrested twice & they entered my home 3 times without permission or warrants & illegally imprisoned me for 10 weeks & tortured me & all without any just cause or legal authority. They had the media Slander me telling a fabricated story about me & used fabricated evidence. They falsified an arrest warrant two days after the fact. Everything done against me over the last three years has been done illegally & in violation of my Constitutional rights in Alaska & U.S. Also Alaska & U.S. laws were violated by Troopers, DA’s, & Judges. Including Extortion, Breaking & Enterings, Assaults, Criminal Trespasses, Thefts, False Arrests, False Imprisonment, Kidnapping, Torture, Attempted murders, Harassments, Defamation of my good character & much more. I have all the evidence, eyewitnesses, court (bail hearings) & state trooper audios (even after they modified them), Trooper reports & they all prove me in the right. I have just received new evidence to prove my case even more 6-6-13. I need my record cleared of all these false charges in Alaska & be allowed to return to my peaceful life. I have not broken any laws or done one thing that was illegal. All was done because they didn’t like how I look & that I live way out. That is the ONLY evidence they have. All hearsay & rumors of what someone else thought I might do something in the future based on my looks & name & because I do historical reenactments. I have this in a report! To date I have never been allowed to speak or show my vast amount of solid evidence. I am still seeking treatments for my injuries due to excessive force & torture. This is only a very small amount of the crimes they committed against me & my family. I never broke any laws & never did anything illegal ever before this, during or after!   We desperately need a good lawyer or politician or media!

Alaska R.App.P. 23(c)(1) allows the filing of a petition for review when an order affects a substantial right which “in effect terminates the proceeding or action and prevents a final judgment therein…

Alaska R.App. P. 23 (d) permits the filing of a petition for review when a controlling question of law is involved.
