August 26th 2013, I was incarcerated in CCNO for yelling on my porch after being charged with disorderly conduct. After being incarcerated I was tazered, drugged, forced to fight, maced, and raped by staff at CCNO. i went to a hospital and victims assistance in Defiance; who then brought in a Defiance county sheriff who charged me with falsification. I have also have made a report to the FBI, and had the falsification charge dismissed out of court. The judge during the falsification ok’d a polygraph but the prosecuting attorney said he couldn’t take a half day to administer it, the FBI said they would set up a polygraph in February and still nothing is being done, they told me they were too busy when i called them a month later. I have a video from CCNO cameras that shows only 6 1/2 hours of the 13 hours i was incarcerated as well as a voice recording of the conversation with the FBI. I have been trying to contact a lawyer that will help me since I
have
had the falsification charges dismissed, with no luck, I don’t know where else to go for help.
