Uncovered Photo Evidence of Global Mind Control Experiment?

A major part of my story has to do with government targeting and it is also a big part of the whole UFO slash paranormal cover-up story which is what my I write about. UFOs are cited as a main reason for being targeted by the government. The alien agenda cover-up is a big part of this and to some the biggest conspiracy in history. Secret wave weapons research and applications cross over into the subject of “targeting” that has to be mentioned. Many a writer would extend this to say that any unorthodox science is a target of the conspiracy. It’s the dumbing down of man by the use and purposeful distribution of misinformation. Everything is explained away as something else. Every UFO is swamp gas or an errant missile. Ghosts are hallucinations; mass sightings are mass hallucinations and so on…

Targeting is not only used on individuals but often on large groups or populations. If left to some, all of our minds would be under electronic control.

For quite some time, governments have been working on devices that would broadcast invisible wave frequencies to control entire populations. Control to them is everything! Take “HAARP” for instance, talked and written about so often it seems now like overkill for me to mention. It stands for: High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program. Located in Gakona, Alaska, it is one of three similar facilities at this time in the U.S. There are smaller ones in Fairbanks, Arecibo Observatory and in Norway. Russia also operates one.

HAARP consists of 180, 72 foot tall antennas on 35 acres. The array and its transmitters, have a total power capability of 3.6 million watts. It is jointly managed by the Air Force Research and the office of Naval Research. It has been the subject of much conjecture from main stream media to conspiracy theorists. Many believe that HAARP which transmits Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) waves is actually a weapons system built to affect the weather, the Earth and humans themselves.

Can HAARP be used for military purposes? On HAARP’S website as of this writing it said: HAARP was not designed for military purposes. The facility will be used for basic plasma physics and Radio Science research related to the ionosphere. There is obvious Department of Defense interest in understanding the ionosphere’s effects on communication and navigation systems.

Not designed for military purposes, “hmmm, is that a yes or a no?” HAARP’s designer Dr. Bernard Eastlund on the other hand states that it was designed for defense purposes. Defense, isn’t that military?

For conspiracy theorists, HAARP is to blame for triggering floods, droughts, hurricanes, thunderstorms, earthquakes, etc… It is also believed to be a secret mass mind control experiment.

Why all of these conspiracy theories and concerns? Beside all of the post 9-11 mass mistrust of our government, Americans have always mistrusted government. Plus, HAARP has the capability of transmitting ELF waves. What makes ELF waves so special? ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) waves are those between 0-100 Hz (Hertz or waves per second) are in the range of brain waves and can have effect on the brain, body and the Earth itself.

Everything in the universe operates on wavelengths because it is believed that everything is made of wave interference. I don’t want to lose you here, but everything is made of electrons which are caused in theory by wave interaction. Electrons make-up atoms, atoms make molecules, which make cells, etc… One real difference is the size which means the height of the wave, the length and the speed or how fast the wave is moving, which is called frequency. Everything in the Universe is made of waves but operate on different frequencies.

The frequency of the Earth is 7.8 to 14 Hz as measured by NASA. The frequency of the human brain varies but falls within ELF ranges at around 8 Hz. The human body as well falls within these ranges. The different states of the brain and body are ranges of mood, awareness, fatigue, anxiety, etc… These states have been proven to be affected by ELF waves. The same goes for the planet. The late Dr. Rosalie Bertell Ph. D. Biometrics, Catholic University of America said: “The technology is out there and many nations can induce earthquakes. There has been an effort for 40 or 50 years to control all natural processes” (that would be 50 to 70 years as of this writing).

The U.S. was trying to do weather modification in Vietnam with projects Sky Fire and Storm Fury. She goes on to say that she believes that HAARP is being used to generate artificial Earthquakes using ELF waves under the guise of deep Earth tomography.

Whether it’s paranoia, conspiracy or fact based legitimate concern, there is an overwhelming amount of information available about mind control weapons. There are thousands of voices echoing the warning. All with the same message talking about secret ops, black projects, studies and experiments.

Should we be concerned? Well, since we are the subjects directly or indirectly, that is up to each of us individually to gauge and exercise our own level of concern or reaction to it. I have learned to live with it but what can one man do? Others can be diagnosed as “paranoid schizophrenics,” activists, terrorists or Tea Partier’s. Others ignore it completely, by choice or really haven’t a clue. Some simply can’t see outside the box, this is called “cognitive dissonance.” It is the inability to accept any belief outside your own. I already know the truth from personal experience. The final category of people are the proactive intolerants who become saboteurs, protesters and whistle blowers.

OK, now that you have some of the backstory, I’d like to tie this together with the rest of the story. After some research about Nicolai Tesla, this really got me thinking beyond what I should have been. He once supposedly invented an earthquake machine. As the story goes, he almost brought down a building in New York with it and was quoted as saying that he believed he could crack the Earth in half if he could generate the resonant frequency waves. Like I said, waves come in all sizes and all types too, like sound, light, water, etc…

This statement by Tesla hit a chord since it was waves I was interested in. So while looking around me, I thought about how someone could determine resonant frequencies? I mean, of anything. I’ve often accidentally hit frequencies while singing in an empty room that would get the whole room to resonate. So how do you go about calculating the resonant frequency of an object, any object?

This I think you’ll find interesting. I went online and looked up “calculating the resonant frequency of a sphere.” I did find the information, but I also found “Sphere at Resonance.” The picture below is an anomaly which occurred on Dec 7, 2001, 3 months after the Twin Towers event. It was picked up by a naval research satellite. It has never occurred before and it has never occurred since to anyone’s knowledge. What could have caused this? Was it related to HAARP or something more ominous like one of our planet’s visitors? The entire atmosphere of the planet was resonated by something. No one knows what it was. In fact no one was supposed to even know it happened.

When it was found out that someone saw this information, it was immediately removed from the Naval Research computers. Not before someone posted it though. Was our planet pinged and by who? If it wasn’t natural, someone knows the resonant frequency of our planet. If it was natural, why did it never occur before or since? Three months after 9-11 and why was the information purged from the computer? Maybe it’s a warning from our UFO friends and if it was humans, then it is a warning to all of us.

I became suspicious while reading this because I was already investigating this kind of thing. I found it odd that no one knew it occurred but it was picked up only by a Naval Research satellite who coincidently runs HAARP along with the Air Force. I tried to find a testing schedule for HAARP on their site to see if any testing coincided with this event, but found nothing.

Since I know some of you won’t understand the data posted with the photos, I’ll put it simply. A Naval research satellite picked up a wave pattern across the entire atmosphere of the Earth that lasted many hours. It has never been detected before which made it extremely strange. No one knows what caused it…It was through the entire atmosphere of our planet as you see in the sphere below left… and on the right next to a map of the US west coast it formed these patterns. The wave frequencies were also in the range of human consciousness.

The unusual data was compiled and made available online at the Kauai Naval Research Laboratory website archive. The full frequency pulsation was recorded for many hours through the night, over the entire area surveyed by the satellite. As standing wave structures arise from the multi-frequency driving of the gas-filled resonant cavity, the anomalous field most likely encompassed the whole globe for the full duration of the event. Another crucial fact suggesting a fully global effect is the field’s alignment with 149°W longitude, exactly 180° from the Giza Pyramids at 31°E in Egypt – the ancient magnetic prime meridian.

I suspect that this may be a manmade “mind control” wave experiment. After-all, if you want total control you would want to affect the brain waves of the entire planet. If you could create mind altering waves across the entire planet no one would even know it was occurring. If you don’t believe me, then tell me, how many of you were living three months after 9-11? Now tell me, how many of you felt this global resonance event? Finally, why was the US Navy who happens to run HAARP the only ones on the entire planet to have been aware of this atmospheric anomaly?

As you can see from the wave patterns, not only was the entire planet affected, but it just coincidentally happened to be in the same frequency of human consciousness also known as brainwaves. It was probably just another one of those “coincidences” though.
