“Recently, a Dutch woman sent me a NATO webpage on their Life Sciences publications.
When I read the titles of the papers, and the little abstract I was horrified. They were all about genocidal biological technologies and every author except one was from the countries in the Baltic to Black Sea region – that indicated to me that a mass genocide is planned for that region – and it’s coming out of NATO/Germany.
Chernobyl in 1986, and the Chernobyl level nuclear (on purpose) “accidents” in Nov-Dec 2014 in the Ukraine has pretty much wiped out the southern region around Ukraine/Belarus etc. – the mental capacity is clearly diminished and just in the govt. recruiting efforts to get young men for the Kiev Nazi slaughter machine in eastern Ukraine – 50% of the potential soldiers were too mentally ill to go into the Army.
Also the one author who is not from that region is Col. Aquino who wrote a famous paper “The Biology of Aggression” and demonstrated on TV that mind control was possible to stop (or trigger) aggression by stopping a bull charging him with a transmitter to an antenna in the bull’s brain. So mind control is also part of the genocide.”
