In Sweden thousands of people per year are forced by the law to accept public water supply although they have their own water well.
This forced acceptance costs from 100 000 SEK (12 263 U.S. dollars) up over 500 000 SEK (61 316.5 U.S. dollars) and if the citizen can not pay for such high forced to expensive municipal water supply, then they lose their house and home.
