The 2017 cover had a lot of line ups with the Hebrew calendar. Look what movie was to be released on 10 Nov 2017, 4 days after the date of the star card. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Star_(2017_film)     Now 11 days after the Star card date, Daniel 7:8… the 11th horn, Antichrist?

The 1st column looks to be a bad time, Rain / storm, Frown, Falling star, flooding / life-raft, Umbrella (ie Stormy / threatening). On that note the IMF distributed ledger goes live

I’m also looking at what looks like a lotus flower above the Eiffel tower.  4th column, 4th row  4 4 (BHO president #44) also 4 April 2018 is the the 4th day of Passover.

The falling star, 1 column, 3rd down. The Quadrantids meteor shower runs from Jan 1 to 5th, its peak is on the 3rd.
