Has President Trump just declared martial law? Lots of chatter has swarmed the internet this week about Trumps latest executive order where he stated that “he has declared a national emergency to deal with that threat.” But does a “national emergency” constitute martial law? And what exactly is the “threat” that President Trump referenced?

The Executive Order Reads as Follows:
Executive Order Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption
I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the prevalence and severity of human rights abuse and corruption that have their source, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States, such as those committed or directed by persons listed in the Annex to this order, have reached such scope and gravity that they threaten the stability of international political and economic systems. Human rights abuse and corruption undermine the values that form an essential foundation of stable, secure, and functioning societies; have devastating impacts on individuals; weaken democratic institutions; degrade the rule of law; perpetuate violent conflicts; facilitate the activities of dangerous persons; and undermine economic markets. The United States seeks to impose tangible and significant consequences on those who commit serious human rights abuse or engage in corruption, as well as to protect the financial system of the United States from abuse by these same persons.
I therefore determine that serious human rights abuse and corruption around the world constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States, and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.

He has not declared martial law, BUT by declaring a national state of emergency he has fulfilled the requirements of the Patriot Act to legally declare martial law whenever he likes. Not yet, but coming soon.
Obviously you failed to acquaint yourself with the process before you made such an asinine statement. The President’s declaration of a “State of Emergency” was/is a de facto declaration of martial law. Martial law can be declared by the President under Article I Section 8 Clause 15 of the US Constitution. Supreme Court has upheld the President’s constitutional authority to call forth the military to execute US laws, to quash seditious subversion, insurrections or invasions. The left’s conspiracy to overthrow the sitting US President is adequate justification for trump to institute Martial Law.
Article II, Section 2, Clause 1, of the Constitution empowers the President as “Commander in Chief” of the Marines, Army and Navy. The declaration of a “state of emergency” is all that is required. I should make special note that the US Constitutional provision “does not” include any direct reference to Martial Law.
If you pay close attention to the tabs on the official document you’ll see that “national security” is the primary issue while the forfeiture of wealth and assets is really secondary to taking down refined criminals and pedophiles.
As I have warned before I suspect “Man” is a troll, a propagandist, a disseminator of false information. If not he is just plain stupid! Don’t listen to him!
