Lt. Col. Terry Lakin Court Martial : Eyewitness Speaks Out

US Naval Commander Charles Kerchner (Ret.) discusses his eyewitness account while attending the court martial of Lt. Col. Terry Lakin. Lakin,a decorated officer and physician had refused deployment to Afghanistan until President Obama produced a long form birth certificate to signify a clean chain of command and his ability to issue lawful orders. Lakin was denied discovery and the ability to call witnesses pertaining to Obama’s eligibility because it may “embarrass the President” according to the Army Judge Lind.

It’s Christmas Eve(Day). Terry Lakin is in prison tonight in Fort Leavenworth KS simply for standing up for his solemn oath (in the only way left to him by his superiors and Congress as an 18 year experienced combat vetted medical doctor and commissioned officer in the military) to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC. His military chain of command refused to do anything to answer his questions and ignored him. Congress ignored him. The major media ignored him and others asking the same questions. All for what … to continue protecting a usurper in the White House, a man of questionable legal identity who refuses to produce any paper copies of his early life documents to be able to once and for all conclusively prove his true legal identity to a controlling legal authority such as a court of law or Congress. And people have good reason to be concerned about where Obama really was physically born, and not just falsely registered as being born in Hawaii by his maternal grandmother back in 1961 to get her new grandson Citizenship, because she could easily do it back then with a mail-in form and no witnesses with the lax birth registration laws in Hawaii. There is much doubt. Obama’s paternal family and newspaper and government officials in Kenya have stated many times that Obama was actually born there. Even Obama’s exact date of birth statement in the likely false registration of birth in Hawaii is questionable.
