Re subpoena for Loretta Fuddy
Director of Health

Dear Ms. Nagamine,
On July 11, 2011I served you by certified mail, return receipt, on behalf of your client, Director of Health, Loretta Fuddy, with  a second subpoena, which is signed by the clerk of the U.S. district court in Hawaii.  I need to know, whether your client will cooperate with this subpoena and will allow me and my experts to inspect the original birth certificate of Mr. Obama, stored in the Health department in Hawaii. Since I reside in Ca, I need to make advance arrangements for the air fare and hotel for me and my experts. I left you 2 phone messages on you answering machine and with your secretary, but did not hear back. 
I would like to remind you, that privacy can no longer be used as an excuse, as Mr. Obama already posted on WhiteHouse.gov, what he claims to be a true and correct copy of such birth certificate. Privacy is no longer at issue, at issue is forgery, as expert affidavits, that I already submitted to you and your client, show the document posted by Mr. Obama on WhiteHouse.gov to be a forgery, and not even a good forgery. At issue is authenticity and veracity. US District court from the District of Hawaii is a court of competent jurisdiction. There is no justification for you and your client not to cooperate with the subpoena. I am trying to do the inspection at the earliest opportunity and can be at Hawaii within one week.
Please, note that millions of American citizens are following this case and are horrified to see the level of stonewalling and obstructionist policies of the government of Hawaii. You can see web sites “boycott Hawaii” appearing one after another. In my current case Taitz v Astrue 11-402 RCL USDC Dist. of Columbia, I presented evidence, where not only there are multiple expert affidavits pointing to forgery of the birth certificate, presented to the public by Mr. Obama on 04.27.2011, but also Connecticut social security number used by Mr. Obama in his selective service certificate, was never assigned to him. there is evidence of fraud in other documents as well.  As a deputy Attorney general you took a an oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution and you are expected to enforce the law and protect the U.S. citizens from fraud, from uttering of forged documents, from Social Security fraud and from the biggest elections fraud ever to be committed in this nation, not to be complicit in aiding and abetting those crimes. The same goes for your client, Director of Health, Ms. Fuddy. I hope, that   you and Ms. Fuddy will do the right thing and will comply with the subpoena at hand. Please, call me as soon as possible at 949-683-5411 and let me know, when at the earliest, my experts and I can visit the Health Department and inspect the birth certificate in question.
