Dispatches from Birtherstan - 22-24 October 2011

In today’s dispatches, Leo Donofrio takes a break from poker playing and black helicopter ranting to discuss the newest conspiracy in his addled brain. The GOP is trying to keep birthers at bay. though Rick Perry seems to be happy to play flirty games with him.

JB Williams notices the low turnout on Facebook for his march on DC, but thinks he’ll add another 999,300 or more between now and 11 November. Lawrence Sellin continues his mad at the GOP. Dr. Orly reposts a letter from a follower that turns out to be the spouse of another birther nutcase. Meanwhile, said spouse spews sedition and stuff at the Pest and eFail.

20 October – Paraclete, occasional attorney, rock star, and chess player Leo Donofrio comes up with a brand new conspiracy theory. Faced with the fact the version of “Minor v. Happersett” on the legal website “Justia.com” disagrees with Donofrio’s edited version, Leo claims that Justia started scubbing their site BEFORE the 2008 election.

“New evidence conclusively establishes that 25 U.S. Supreme Court opinions were sabotaged then republished at Justia.com during the run up to the ’08 election. My prior report documented the scrubbing of just two cases. But last week, a third sabotaged case was discovered which led to a thorough examination of all US Supreme Court cases which cite “Minor v. Happersett” as they appeared on Justia.com between 2006 and the present.

Since Justia placed affirmations on each tampered opinion which state “Full Text of Case”, personnel may also be guilty of violating 18 U.S.C. 1018 by intentionally passing off tampered versions of US Supreme Court opinions as if they were official versions published by the US Supreme Court.

At this point, we do not know who committed these acts of sabotage. Since neither Obama nor McCain meet the Supreme Court’s definition of a “natural-born citizen” in Minor v. Happersett, the deception might have been undertaken on behalf of either one.”

Oh, and other birther lawyers are joining the jihad.

“I have also shared the evidence with attorney Mario Apuzzo who is writing an analysis of Justia’s sabotage of Wong Kim Ark, a case which was subjected to multiple instances of tampering by Justia. “

Apuzzo has, in the past, misquoted or outright lied about Wong Kim Ark.

Now the funny thing is that the versions on Justia match versions in legal books and on Westlaw. Most of those versions predate the 2008 election by some years. The logical answer is that it’s the birthers versions and interpretations that are incorrect. However, we’re not talking logic here, we’re talking birthers.

21 October – Some members of the GOP are trying to keep off the rocks of Birtherstan.

“Birtherism” reared its head in the waning hours of the Western Republican Leadership Conference when a participant asked Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) and Rep. David Schweikert (R-Ariz.) why they weren’t pushing to impeach Obama for what he said were Obama’s falsified citizenship documents.

There is no evidence that Obama has falsified documents or committed any impeachable offenses, but the issue has continued to follow Obama three years after it emerged during the 2008 election.

“We need to win 2012,” Schweikert said, telling the questioner that although he could be right, it wasn’t worth alienating independents and conservative Democrats who might vote Republican, but who he said are turned off by the focus on Obama’s citizenship. “You may be the one where you tell a great story. But understand, you are giving up the 2102 election.”

22 October – JB Williams uses his facebook to whine and moan that his Veteran’s march on Washington DC on 11 November may not be getting much attention.

22 October – Another Lawrence Sellin piece at the Pest and eFail.

“Republicans are fully intimidated by the Obama campaign and its supporters in the mainstream media with the certainty of being labeled and dismissed as “racists,” “birthers” and right-wing “conspiracy theorists” if they confront Obama regarding his violation of the Constitution and his felonies.”

Maybe because many birthers ARE racists and right-wing conspiracy theorists???

23 October – Walter Fitzpatrick update at the Pest and eFail. Sharon Rondeau finally figured out he was in Federal custody in case Fitzpatrick was called to testify in the Huff case.

23 October – On 12 October the Pest and eFail posted a somewhat threaty and whiney letter from one “Fran” to Rep. Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee.

Well, Dr. Orly has the follow up letter. “Fran” isn’t happy…. (malware and redirect warning)

“Your non-response to my requests for a meeting with Congresswoman Blackburn to discuss the Social Security Fraud being committed by Federal Employee Barack Obama implies “Tacit Approval” on your part. Being that both of you and Congresswoman Blackburn admit that Federal Employee Barack Obama is committing a felony and you refuse to investigate you all are now just a guilty as the criminal.”

Threaty and the “Federal Employee” quip is both lame and stupid.

“His attorney’s, which are being paid by the taxes we are forced to pay, are stonewalling in the courts which have shown us true American Patriots just how corrupt and out of control the Federal Government has become. What is truly revealing in this whole saga is how the press has recently investigated Rep. Mario Rabio’s Social Security issue and parents citizenship, but refuse to address this issue.”

Illiterate as well.

Which “foremost Adobe expert”?? I’ve seen a lot of wannabes….

“You may ignore every crime noted above, but there is one piece of evidence which you cannot ignore. That is the Supreme Court ruling in “Minor v Happersett” which states that BOTH parents must be American Citizens for the child to be a Natural Born Citizen.”

Except that’s not what “Minor v Happersett” says…..

“My attorney has requested that I send a complaint and a demand for investigation to my local elections board and Secretary of State and also file a complaint against Congresswoman Blackburn with the House Ethics Committee.”

Wonder if “attorney” in this case means “Dr. Orly Taitz”…..

Well, the FEC Form 2 for Thomas MacLeran gives an address in Kingston Springs, Tennessee, same as Fran. And note this article from 21 April 2009

“A Cheatham County woman who said she was beaten after giving a homeless man a cheeseburger outside a Nashville McDonald’s last year is suing the restaurant, a nearby liquor store and her alleged attacker.

Fran MacLaren and her husband, Thomas, filed suit in Davidson County Circuit Court on Monday. They are asking for $2 million in damages.”

Kingston Springs is in Cheatham County.

BTW, there’s a singer/songwriter in Nashville named Fran MacLeran. And if you look at her facebook page, you see the same PO box as on Thomas MacLeran’s FEC Form 2. (email address and zip code redacted by me)

“Labeling one a Patriot just because they are a veteran would be just as inaccurate as saying every contestant in a Betty Crocker Cook-Off is a great cook.”

Yes, there are vets that call for coups and the overthrow of the US Government. Vets like JB Williams, Lawrence Sellin, Thomas MacLeran, Walter Fitzpatrick, Charles Kerchner……

“Not so because I’ve been told that there may be a veteran or two who, not only say they voted for Obama, but support him to this day, after three years of dismantling the country and trashing the Constitution. “

And who did Active Duty military contribute to the most in the 2008 general election??? Hint, it wasn’t John McCain….

24 October – Noticing that his group on facebook only has 621 people, and trying to stir up more support as not to look like a complete and total failure, JB Williams bedazzles the Pest and eFail readership with fantasies about “MILLIONS OF PARTICIPANTS”

“As conditions in America worsened over the last few years, in particular the time frame since an illegal and unconstitutional man from nowhere with a blank resume seized the White House and started installing unvetted and unelected Czars at the helm of the people’s government, I heard the same single question asked over and over again with increasing regularity and desperation – “Where’s our military and law enforcement? Isn’t anyone who took an oath to protect and defend against all enemies, going to do something?””

Translation – “WAHHH!!!!! I WANT MY MILITARY COUP!! WHERE’S MY MILITARY COUP!!! WAHHHH!!! MOMMMY!!!!!”

“why are our soldiers allegedly fighting for freedom and liberty abroad while we are being stripped of our freedom and liberty at home? Why isn’t anyone doing anything to stop it?”

“WAAHHH!!! I WANT MY COUP!!!”

“A veterans groups called The Veteran Defenders of America has now answered that question. That’s pretty threaty right there.

Is it more than, oh, I dunno, 621…..

Said online publications being “Canada Free Press” and “World Nut Daily”.

“The current call by veterans to alter that course may be the last peaceful means available to the people of the United States. After November 11, 2011 – if all oath-takers refuse to act upon those oaths, in the interest of the Constitution and the American people, there will be no peaceful solutions left to consider.”

Well now, that’s pretty much a complete and total call for the overthrow of the US Government.

So much for JB William’s oath….

So just how do you plan to get 1,999,379+ more people??

Well, we’ve only seen a handful of retired military claim they’ll be there. I suspect JB Williams knows damn well he’s looking at another birther failure in a few weeks…

23 October – What a surprise, World Nut Daily pimps Leo Donofrio’s latest conspiracy theory.

“Donofrio explained in his report that he did not know who made the changes inside the documents purporting to be U.S. Supreme Court opinions, and “the deception might have been undertaken on behalf of either one.

“Regardless of who you supported in 2008, or whether you agree with the assertion of Minor’s relevance, every American should be outraged that 25 Supreme Court cases were surgically sabotaged and then passed off to the public as if the tampered versions contained the ‘Full Text of Case,’” he wrote.
