The Law Says Obama Is Guilty Of A Felony!?

Obama is seemingly a FELON

per 42 USC 408(a)(8):
Whoever -
(8) discloses, USES, or compels the disclosure of the social security number of any person in violation of the laws of the United States; SHALL BE GUILTY OF A FELONY and upon conviction thereof shall be fined under title 18 or imprisoned for not more than five years, or both.

If we read the above statute; NOTHING in it says he has to be tried first to be a FELON for USING a social security number in violation of laws of the United States!!! 

Obama has been using social security number 042-##-####.  I would have posted obama’s social security number “which is readily available online” but THAT WOULD MAKE ME A FELON!!  His social security number was “issued 1977-1979 in CT.”  

Obama has NEVER lived in connecticut, you must apply in person to get a social security number!
