Here is what they are saying over at Mail Online about the big “expose” which Donald Trump is threatening us with via “Twitter” commencing tomorrow. Now, I like the Donald. He’s fun stuff. But lets face it, his “big huge enormous” reveals about obama have been lacking in big, huge, and enormous.

Donald Trump is to claim that he has unearthed divorce papers of Michelle Obama and the President, according to a respected financial pundit with links to the tycoon.

It is alleged that the eccentric real estate mogul will claim that the documents show the First Lady and the President were at one point in their two decades of marriage seriously considering splitting up.

Trump set the hare running on Monday by claiming that he was set to make an announcement on Wednesday that would be ‘bordering on gigantic’ and that it would ‘possibly’ change the Presidential race.

At first I misread the headline and thought it was referring to obamas’ parents divorce- but we have all seen those papers, except the missing page 11.

Douglas Kass, a Florida-based investor who appears on CNBC’s talkshow ‘Squawkbox’ where Trump is often a commentator, tweeted to his 48,000 followers: ’High above the Alps my Gnome has heard that Donald Trump will announce that he has unearthed divorce papers between the Prez and his wife.’

Gnome: Douglas Kass’ tweet this morning. He and Trump appear on CNBC’s business show Squawkbox regularly

Lets say that this Kass person has the right idea here. Lets say that at some point the obamas had contemplated divorce, and even got the paperwork rolling. That wouldn’t be something that would make a serious impact on this election. Not at two weeks out. And because it’s just not an important thing.

For one thing it has been widely rumored forever that the obamas were on the edge of divorce until he decided to run for president. Lots of people have “known” about this for years now. I fail to see how this could be considered a really big issue. At all.

UNLESS……there is a really juicy – substantiated – reason the divorce was being requested. “Irreconcilable differences” ain’t gonna cut it.

Tomorrow is the day when Trump begins to tweet the “news”. Stay tuned.
