Very important. I need a volunteer to prepare a list of addresses of all AGs and all SOS and divide them in 2 groups: 1-from the states that voted for Obama and 2-from the states that voted for Romney

1. In order to serve all electors who will vote for Obama on December 12 , I need the addresses of the Secretaries of State and Attorney Generals of the states who voted for Obama. I remember that the difference was 1-2%, but I don’t remember how many states exactly voted for Obama. I need to figure the exact number of the states and serve them through the Attorney Generals of those states, as they became the state elected officials, which means they will have to be served through the Attorney Generals. I believe I need to serve the AGs only of the states that went to Obama, but just to be on the safe side I need the list of R AGs as well

I anticipate that it will be a mess and a half, but someone has to do it, as our spineless GOP leaders are only good at asking for money and doing nothing.

2. In MS there was a precedent that someone won a primary, I believe for Congress, but was either sick or passed away and could not serve. So, due to incapacity his primary runner up ran in the General election.

What we have with Obama is a legal incapacity.

I need the name of this primary MS election winner who could not serve and the name of his challenger who was on the ballot due to the incapacity of the winner.

Also, I need the exact procedure that was used by the Secretary of State to replace the guy. What is the number of the statute? Did the SOS use a specific statute or did he simply issue an executive order to replace an incapacitated primary winner with his challenger? Please help me find this info.

3. Yesterday someone called me not once, but twice at 11:30 at night after I posted on my blog that I had a long day and had to be up at 4am.

Yet again, please, if you have something to say, send an e-mail. Phone calls are ok only in case of something really urgent.

This person did not have anything urgent to say. He had 2 concerns:

a. his comment did not go through on the blogs.

Answer: there is tampering with my blog, I do not see all the comments. His comment was that he posted a petition of WhiteHouse.gov for Obama to resign due to his use of forged IDs. He wanted other people to join.

Sure it is a good idea for people to join such a petition

b. He wanted to know what’s next?

Answer:
Did you people see pictures of me? Did you see any pictures of me holding a crystal ball? How would I know what is next? And particularly at 11:30 pm, when I have only 4 hours to sleep before the flight?

I really don’t know. I am extremely concerned. Judge Wingate seemed to be willing to listen more than others, he stayed until 6pm in the courtroom, but I really have no idea what he will do. After everything I’ve seen judges do in the last 4 years I have very little trust in the system of Justice and Judiciary. Watergate ended a serious pattern of corruption in the 70s, Warren court ended injustices of the 60s but now no judge is willing to do a thing in ObamaForgeryGate and without a legal system to let out steam and calm down livid public  I am afraid it will end with a popular revolt and secession of states, Texas being the state leading the way. I was at Alamo in 2009, I listened to Perry’s speech “How do you cook a frog”, they are extremely angry there.

I am following the court orders, I m preparing a brief for judge Wigate, but I have very little hope that anything will be done by any judge, and no judge was willing to grant us our 7th amendment right to a jury, so I am afraid it will spill over in a popular revolt.

Recently a judge denied Allen West’s petition for a full recount. I hope Allen West appeals, however FL is the 11th circuit. The level of corruption in the 11 th circuit is ven worse then the 3rd circuit, so I am sure that the Praetorian guard of Obama’s attorney-law clerks will prepare an opinion against Allen West no matter what the argument will be and his appeal will be denied in the 11th circuit. This is really a very sad state of affairs. I feel that the nightmare of the Soviet Union is back in full force.
