 As one of the litigants in Attorney Orly Taitz’s upcoming Barry Soetoro (aka BHO) eligibility case (Jan 3, 2013), I have doubts that Judge Morrison C. England, Jr can be objective about removing the Usurper-in-Chief from office. England will be incapable of being fair and honest in this “Soetoro eligibility” matter. I will admit that England was nominated by George W. Bush (on March 21, 2002) for the seat on the Federal bench but I can hardly believe that England is a stalwart GOPer.

I have been unhappy with England in the past. He was the “conservative turncoat” who decided anyone that contributed money to Prop 8 could be “outed” in newspaper articles. The same leftist garbage is currently being pulled back East where names of private GUN OWNERS are being highlighted in the local newspapers. This so-called Judge (England) ruled that it is okay to ridicule and give out names and addresses of those that contribute to anti-gay causes and campaigns.

Judge England disregarded Supreme Court rulings that allowed the NAACP and the Socialist Workers Party to conceal their membership or contribution lists after encountering public hostility. But the anti-gay patriots were not allowed the same status. Thus, I do not feel kindly towards Mr. England.

There was a motion hearing for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) held Thursday 12/20/2012 at 02:00 PM in Courtroom 7 (MCE) before Chief Judge Morrison C. England Jr.. in his Sacramento courtroom.  Judge England ruled to go forward with a TRO hearing on January 3 to consider halting the electoral certifications of Obama’s votes based on evidence reviewed in Thursday’s hearing.  This is HUGE. Provided this hearing takes place and does not get sabotaged by Obama & Co, as all other hearings have, the hearing on January 3 poses a chance that Obama will not be awarded the electoral votes in order to be sworn into office until he provides proof of eligibility. A plus is that this hearing has been set based on a prior hearing on Thursday Dec 20, where the evidence presented caused the judge at that hearing to rule to go forward.  The hearing is open to the public.  If at all possible, please attend to support this effort in Sacramento.

Let us pray for the good Judge England’s health, safety and well-being over the holidays!  And pray that threats from Obama’s thugs, which he is sure to get, won’t cause him to cancel.

TRO request was filed pursuant to sworn affidavits of Sheriff of Maricopa County Arizona, Sheriff Arpaio, Investigator Mike Zullo, senior Deportation Officer with the department of Homeland Security John Sampson, Licensed investigator Susan Daniels, typesetting and Printing expert Paul Irey, Printing expert Douglas Vogt, Printing Expert Jonathan Poland, information Technology Expert Felicito Papa witness Linda Jordan and others attesting to the fact that Barack Obama’s short form birth certificate, long form birth certificate and Selective Service certificate represent computer generated forgeries and his social Security number is a fraudulently obtained Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425, which was issued in and around March 28, 1977 to an elderly resident of Connecticut born in 1890, who is presumed to be deceased, whose death was not reported to the SSA and whose number was unlawfully assumed by Barack (Barry) Soetoro/Soebarkah/Obama in around 1980.

Complaint also contains a sworn affidavit of an assistant clerk of the Registrar for the City of Hawaii and county of Hawaii, attesting to the fact that there is no birth certificate for Barack obama in any hospital in Hawaii.

Complaint also contains evidence of some one and a half million of invalid voter registrations in the state of California, in violation of Elections code 2150 and admissions by employees of the offices od the Registrar admitting routine falsifications of voter registrations.

On December 20, 2012 this court issued a minute order, scheduling the TRO motion hearing for January 3, 2013, 2 pm and instructed the plaintiffs to notify the defendants the same day by 4 pm.

Per instruction of the court, Plaintiffs served the defendants with the notice of the order the same day, as ordered. As the service had to be delivered the same day, plaintiffs could not use the mail or Federal Express and served the notice by phone and or fax.

4. I notified the state Defendant Secretary of State Debra Bowen the second time by sending a fax to the office of the Secretary of State at 916-653-3214 at 2:59 pm

5. I notified the state employee, Governor Jerry Brown, the second time by fax to the Governor's office at 916-558-3160 at 3:08

6. I notified defendants Barack Obama and Joseph Biden by calling the White House switchboard at 202-456-1414 at 3:18, at which time I was given the fax number to the White House and I sent the fax to 202-456-2461 at 3:18. Mr. Obama and Mr. Biden were notified both through the U.S. Attorney and by fax directly to the White House.

7. Aside from calling and faxing the US Attorney's office to notify the Federal Defendants, represented by the U.S. Attorney, I additionally notified Congressional leaders: House Majoriy Leader John Boehner was faxed at 202-225-2012 at 3:12.

8. House Minority leader Nancy Pelosi received a fax at 202-225-8259 at 3:29

9. enate Majority Leader Harry Reid received the order by fax at 775-883-1980 at 3:28

10.           Senate Minority leader, Mitch McConnell received the order by fax at 202-224-2499 at 3:30

11.           Chairman of House Oversight Committee Darrell Issa received the order by fax at 3:39 pm.

12.           4 other committee chairs were faxed the order between 3:40 and 4 pm:
