My experience with Judge Roy Moore in AL and Judge James Bell in MS
Today WND came out with an article about a case in AL, which is in front of the Supreme court of the state for half a year or so. I hope that the Supreme Court of AL will do the right thing, however they had the case for a half a year now. Roy Moore was sworn in in the beginning of January. If they wanted to rule against Obama and end the usurpation of the U.S. Presidency, one would believe that they would have done it back in January, before he was sworn in on January 21st.
Another concern, is the fact that Roy Moore refused to do anything for four years now. I met him in 2009. I posted on this blog my picture with Roy Moore as I met him during the Christian broadcasting convention in Nashvile, TN. I asked him to get involved in Obama eligibility issue. He was not willing to do anything himself, as I believe he was concerned that it would affect his political aspiration. I believe he ran for governor in 2010. He did, however, recommend an attorney in his office to help. This attorney provided one of the 3 signatures needed for the Supreme Court of the U.S.
We were supposed to file a complaint against Obama in 2009, the complaint was ready to go, but the last moment this attorney contacted me and advised me that he reconsidered and that the statutes did not warrant the complaint. I was concerned that someone has contacted them and either threatened them or something else happened, but Moore, who is a highly ranked attorney, had an opportunity to bring the complain in AL, and never did that, and nobody in his office did that. One of my clients was a Presidential elector for McCain in AL and had standing.
Similarly, one of my supporters contacted former judge James Bell in MS. He promised to get involved. Originally, he told my supporter that he will represent her, but will not join in the primary complaint, but will get involved in the general complaint. Later he changed his mind.
I hope something will change, but I am wondering, if Roy Moore was not willing to act for four years, when he could do it as a prominent AL attorney, and since January 3rd as a judge, ill he do something different now?
