Why there are no criminal charges against Janet Napolitano for violation of immigration laws. according to AP she planned release of 3,000 more illegals in March

Not long ago I was in the 9th Circuit court of Appeals, where a woman was fighting criminal charges for aiding and abetting an illegal alien to cross the border.

We have our Director of Homeland Security releasing 2,000 criminals and planning to release 3,000 more http://news.yahoo.com/documents-us-released-more-2-000-immigrants-204207021.html and our good for nothing 435 US Representatives and 100 Senators are just sitting there and talking instead of filling articles of impeachment against Napolitano and everybody else involved.

Where are the sheriffs, DAs, AGs, US Attorneys, why are they not bringing criminal charges against Napolitano?

Do we have any laws or law enforcement left in this country? When people running the country are the biggest criminals, what is there left for us to do?
