This brings up a new legal question. If Obama’s candidacies were fraudulent..does that invalidate drunk Uncle Joe. Remember, the Democrats quietely changed their parties certification…Obama was NOT certified to be a natural born citizen…..does that invalidate the certification and nullify Uncle Joe’s spot as VP?
f Obama is declared ineligible to be President due to the latest evidence of a Kenyan birth, who becomes president? The normal order of things would make Joe Biden the next president. However, since the Democratic ticket would be ruled ineligible, the results of the election would invalid, or at least the certification of Obama as president would be invalid.
So the next logical question would arise as to the legal remedies that should be taken. By all accounts, Obama has gone to great lengths to hide his records, even using an executive order. So, any legislation he has signed into law would be invalid, all executive orders and any changes brought on by Obama.
Constitutionally, the order would fall to Speaker of the House, John Boehner would be the next Dictat…er, President.

Indeed, this is a testimony of the democratic practice in the United States of America that we, in Kenya, can also emulate. I also wish to congratulate his opponent, Senator John McCain, for conducting a dignified campaign and statesmanship in his conceding speech. It is our hope that with this change, the USA and the world will be placed on a different trajectory and this will strengthen international co-operation and forge closer partnership between the USA and other nations in the continent, particularly Kenya.
I also wish to bring to your attention that the President of the Republic of Kenya, His Excellency President Mvai Kibaki, has declared tomorrow Thursday 6th of November, 2008 a public holiday in honour of the election of Senator Barrack Hussein Obama.
