So far there is absolutely no evidence anywhere of any Obama impeachment hearing scheduled for January 2014

Mr. Cody Robert Judy, who has been active on this impeachment iniative, now writing a letter to Sharon Rondeau in which he states that it is true that there would be no public evidence possible of such proceedings until put on Schedule.

He states that what Dr Taitz writes is then understandable and not out of line, but sticks by his claim.

It is interesting, nonetheless, to see that there do seem to be rumblings about impeaching Obama.

One only hopes that he is later found to have been ineligible from the get-go.

Knowing his record, there is a heightened need for verification of what he is claiming. There is no evidence of such a hearing anywhere. Judiciary committee is denying any such hearing is being planned.

Also, if there would be a hearing, they would invite experts. Why would Judiciary Committee of Congress invite someone to testify, when he has no specific knowledge of anything? He is not a law enforcement official, he is not an expert, he is not a legal scholar or an attorney and he is a very compromised witness  because of his criminal record. He did not provide any proof that what he is saying is true. People can say anything. Tell him to provide proof of his statements. As of now there is no proof.
