Dear Mr. Yamamoto,

First, please allow me to express my deepest condolences upon untimely passing of your superior, Director of Health Loretta Fuddy, during yesterday’s airplane forced water landing. It must have been even more traumatic as reportedly Ms. Fuddy passed away holding your hand.

It was surely a traumatic experience and a tragedy and our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Due to such difficult circumstances I am simply asking a question and not filing a formal request for information.
As you know, Ms. Fuddy was the person who released Mr. Obama’s alleged true and correct copy of his allegedly genuine birth certificate which allegedly exists and allegedly was in safe keeping in the vault of the Department of Health in Hawaii since August of 1961.

At the time of release Ms. Fuddy wrote a letter to Mr. Obama stating that the Department of Health does not release Long Form birth certificates and she is making a special exception for Mr. Obama as a U.S. President. The letter stated: “Dear President Obama: I have reviewed your request for two certified copies of your original birth certificate of Live Birth. As the Director of Health for the State of Hawaii, I have the legal authority to approve the process by which copies of such records are made. Through that authority, in recognition of your status as President of the United States, I am making an exception to current department policy which is to issue a computer -generated certified copy”.

However, attached is a long form birth certificate for another individual,  resident X, which was released on March 15, 2011, approximately one month before Obama obtained his alleged birth certificate.

My question is, what is the explanation, why Ms. Fuddy and/or you, and/or any other employees of the Health Department did not disclose to American citizens that in fact other long form birth certificates are being  released to other individuals?

This is of particular interest as prior Director of Health, Dr. Neal Palafox, resigned in February of 2011 and Ms. Fuddy started her tenure only in March of 2011. She released Obama’s alleged birth certificate only one month after being appointed as Director of Health, so clearly she could not forget the fact that she released other long form birth certificates during this one month that she was in office.

This is a matter of public concern and I would  greatly appreciate your response in the earliest convenience.
