Principal: Resident At White House; Challenge To Senator Ted Cruz Over Article II Eligibility

Senator Cruz, I will not give your campaign $25.00 because you are not a natural born citizen, and I am telling everyone not to give you anything over $20.01. Why am I doing this? Because you are not a natural born citizen of the United States of America.  In fact I say a natural born citizen does not need to renounce through action or inaction any citizenship other than citizenship in the greatest country on earth the United States of America,. And if you don’t like it, sue me!

It is difficult for me to do this, because I genuinely like you and what you stand for, and if you can believe me I am doing this for your own good.

As you know you are one of the wacko-birds of the freedom and liberty side of the GOP, and as a wacko-bird you are also an endangered species. If you run for the office of President I am absolutely certain that the elitist wing of the GOP will quietly support a candidate with no chance in hell to win the nomination to challenge you in court as not being a natural born citizen. They will do that so their “chosen one” will not have blood on their hands. They will also use this to destroy you in your next senatorial bid, blaming you as the one who took the wind out of the GOP sails when Hillary wins.

Your only chance is to prove you are a natural born citizen before the primaries begin. The only court of competent jurisdiction that can decide with absolute authority is the Supreme Court of the United States.   The question is how can you get there?

You cannot ask the Supreme Court for an advisory opinion on the question of your status as a natural born citizen, as Article III section 2 only allows federal courts to hear cases of controversy.

The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, … to Controversies … between Citizens of different States;

Why $25.00? The seventh amendment opens the federal court system for you to receive a declaratory judgment.  “In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved,” and $25.00 is $5.00 more than we need, and slander, libel, and defamation are matters of common law.

The question you should ponder is what are the benefits for you in suing me?

First if you win and are declared a natural born citizen the road is cleared for you not only to run but also to shape the debate on the future of the United States and this country needs your input as a candidate or as a statesman.  If you win your natural born qualifications are put to rest in a manner you have a large degree of control over. I assure you there are people who will challenge you at a time and place of their choosing to inflict the most damage against you.

Plus if you do win the case against me you will have this nice, shinny, $25.00 coin to flip in deciding whether-or-not you accept John McCain’s phonecalls if you win the presidency.

But even if you loose you will be known as an honorable man who was not afraid to defend the Constitution even at his own expense. And your renown as a statesman will be sealed.

Now there is another benefit that you should consider. There is a resident living at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, who has refused and obstructed the courts at the costs of millions of dollars from determining if he is a natural born citizen.
