Why the US Elite gives awards to ones, who fight corruption in Africa, yet persecute and vilify ones who fight corruption in the US?

On Monday, I was at my youngest son’s graduation from Yale university. The ceremony was beautiful. The university was adorned with banners with Hebrew writing: “Orim v Tamim” which means “Light and Justice’. Great slogan and a great 314 year old institution.  The day before the graduation Joe Biden gave a commencement speech, but I was sick for a few days before the graduation and missed his speech, but I made sure to be a the graduation itself. Some 1200 students received their diplomas  pouring into the ancient court yard through an ancient gate which, according to the tradition, is open only one day a year, when the graduates get their diplomas.

Together with the graduates there were 9 honorary degrees given to people who have shown great achievements in their fields: a geneticist, a chemist, Chairwoman of the Federal Reserve Janet Yellin and the founder of Tesla and SpaceX, Elon Musk.  Among these nine recipients of the honorary degrees were two women from Africa: one, a folk musician, and another, who was hailed  as a great fighter against corruption in her native Africa. Don’t get me wrong. I was very happy for this leader from Africa, but I was wondering, why does our elite, our media, our Department of Justice, Congress and the White House pile awards on ones who fight corruption somewhere in Africa, while at the same time vilify and often viciously persecute people like myself, who  fight corruption in the US?

I remembered a joke from my childhood in the former Soviet Republic of Moldova, a joke, which was whispered quietly between the friends to make sure KGB plants among us do not hear it. The joke went like this: an American and a Soviet meet in a bar. An American says: in my country we don’t have corruption, we have freedom of speech and transparency. In my country you can stand in front of the White House and yell that the US president is corrupt and a crook and nobody would do a thing to you.

The Soviet chuckles and says: we have exactly the same freedom and transparency here. You can stand in the middle of the Red Square and yell: US President is corrupt and a crook and nobody will do a thing about it…

I was thinking that in the United States of America we had real transparency just about 40 years ago. We held our courts, including high ranked judges, accountable. Chief Judge of the Southern District of Mississippi, Judge Walter Nixon, went to prison for public corruption. Former Governor of of Illinois and later a judge of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, Judge Otto Kerner, was sent to prison for public corruption. And, of course, President Nixon resigned in 1974 facing sure impeachment. Over 30 high ranked officials of Nixon administration were sent to prison during Watergate, among them the former Attorney General of the United States, John Mitchell.

Fast forward 42 years since Watergate… 45 licensed attorneys and hundreds of pro se litigants brought to court and to AG Erick Holder evidence of Obama’s use of fabricated IDs. The issue was hushed up, never heard on the merits and never prosecuted. If we were to have this level corruption, complicity and tyranny during Watergate, Nixon would never have resigned and   30 corrupt officials of Nixon administration would never have been sent to prison.

I have been the attorney, who fought this battle the longest with two cases still awaiting adjudication. In 2011 Founder of Tea Party Nation, Tennessee attorney, Judson Phillips, wrote No Award for Orly Taitz, describing an unimaginable hypocrisy of the ABA, American Bar Association, in rewarding only far left attorneys, not once like myself, who worked tirelessly for years to expose and adjudicate the issue of Obama’s use of a flagrantly stolen  Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425 and his use of laughable forgeries as IDs and as proof of his identity and eligibility for the US presidency. Evidence of fraud, forgery, Social Security fraud and identity theft-fraud in Obama’s records

The truth is, that I do not seek any awards, just some basic integrity of the court.

Last Thursday I attended a meeting with the Chief Judge of the Central District of California, George King. About a 100 attorneys were there and the meeting was videotaped. Aside from the issue of Obama’s use of fabricated IDs, I experienced situations were court employees falsified court records. In one of the cases, which was transfered from PA, a court reporter from the Eastern District of PA removed 14 pages from the transcript, the whole cross examination of the party, removed all mention of these pages from the table of contents and only after I threatened to go to FBI, she provided the true transcript. I complained to the Chief Judge of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Chief Judge of the Third Circuit and nothing was done. I questioned the Chief Judge of the Central District of CA about this matter during the meeting. At first, he said that he does not want to talk about a specific case.  So, I left the spot by the microphone and later came back and stated: Chief Judge, I am not asking you to talk about a specific case, please, talk about your general policies, what do you do when employees of the court themselves are caught egregiously falsifying court records. What do you do? You would imagine that the Chief Judge concerned with the image of the court, with integrity of the court, would state that in such cases he holds immediate administrative hearings, that employees, caught falsifying court records, are immediately fired, that the cases are forwarded to the US attorney and DA for criminal prosecution, that during the administrative hearing he would demand answers from this employee, as to who told her to falsify records, was she paid to do so and by whom. However, all I got, was silence, no answer. The silence was deafening.  I did not get any answer, maybe, you, the readers, will get the answer…

You might ask, why should I care about the corruption. The reason is, that it is like cancer, it grows and metastasizes and kills the host. The same corrupt court employees, who falsified the records in my cases, will do so in your cases and many lives will be ruined.  Corruption allows to shut down and completely control and censor the main stream (or, as I call it, back stream media). During Watergate we had Judge Joseph Sirica, who had he courage to rule against Clinton, we had Attorney General Elliot Richarson who stood up to Nixon and chose to resign rather than fire the Special Prosecutor. What do we have today? Silence… I provided the new Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, with all the evidence of Obama’s use of a stolen CT SSN and fabricated IDs and she, just as her family friend and predecessor, Eric Holder, did nothing, looked the other way and the corruption, criminality and treason in the highest office in the land continues.

How else can it affect me, you might ask? Corrupt officials at the top sign agreements that might rob you of everything you have. Clinton signed WTO-GATT and NAFTA, two agreement, which dismantled all tariffs on imports and caused loss of 56,000 US factories and 28 million American jobs. It also led to drop in wages for millions more. Now Obama is pushing for TPP,  which is NAFTA on steroids, which will cause millions more to lose their jobs and see reduction in wages. Obama has doubled the US National debt, from 9 to 18 trillion, an unconscionable debt. Rest assured, you, your children and grand children for generations to come will be paying this debt off.  So, there is a stake in this game for you. If you do not fight this corruption and criminality in America, it will destroy your life and the lives of your loved ones.

So,   why does this corruption go on? Why corrupt leaders, like Obama, with a stolen Social Security number and bogus IDs are not impeached or pushed to resign?  Because corruption is profitable, because corrupt leaders, like Obama, are profitable  to our ruling class, to our ruling elite, to the top 1%, who benefited handsomely from NAFTA and WTO-GATT and who are salivating of impending profits from TPP.

So, here is your answer to the question, why our academia, our media, our government and Congress are toasting and rewarding ones who fight corruption somewhere in Africa and vilify and persecute ones, like myself,  who fight corruption in the United States of America.  They do not care about the corruption in Africa and they can pat themselves on the shoulder and claim high moral values for giving an award to someone, who fought corruption in Africa, but corruption and  lack of transparency are extremely profitable right here, in the US, and they will vilify and persecute anyone, like myself, who dares to stand up to corruption.

So, coming full circle to the beginning of the article, do I think that one day I will get  an honorary degree from Yale or another Ivy for fighting corruption in US? I don’t keep much hope this will ever happen in my lifetime. However, I keep hope alive that many decent and freedom loving Americans will join me in fighting and defeating this widespread corruption, which is ruining the United States of America.

The American Bar Association frequently gives awards to lawyers who show a commitment to justice. Unfortunately, the ABA is about as far left as the Communist Party, so those who usually get those awards are lawyers committed to socialism, not freedom.

Orly Taitz has waged an almost one-woman war on the eligibility issue. She is absolutely convinced that Barack Obama is not legally qualified to be President. She had endured insults, threats, some from Judges, fines and every roadblock the Obama regime could throw her way. Had she been as tenacious on a similar issue with George W. Bush, she would be the toast of the legal community.

Orly probably does not want an ABA award, but she may be getting closer to something of great importance to her. It is the “holy grail” of the eligibility movement.

Orly Taitz may be about to get the original, type written birth certificate of Barack Obama.

Taitz filed a Freedom of Information Act request to the Social Security Administration for information on Barack Obama’s social security number. Obama, for anyone not familiar with it, has a Connecticut issued social security number. You can tell the point of issuance of a social security number by the first three digits of the number. For baby boomers, social security numbers were generally issued when they started working. Now, it is more common to get a social security number at the birth of a child.

Obama was raised in Hawaii. He started working as a teenager in Hawaii. According to all available information, he never worked in Connecticut. So how did he end up with a Connecticut social security number?

Inquiring minds want to know. Orly Taitz wants to know.

She has now issued a subpoena for the original birth certificate. Not the forged birth certificate Obama released to the public. She wants the original.

Things are now going to get interesting.

If Obama was really born in Hawaii and everything is as advertised, his lawyers can simply let the birth certificate be provided to Orly Taitz and that will end the matter. Given the history of the Obama regime and his defense of his birth certificate, even though he has released a forged birth certificate, that is unlikely.

If the Obama regime fights this, they will file a motion to quash the subpoena. Taitz has already received at least one favorable ruling in this case. The news articles on the subject do not specify what the ruling was, but presumably it was a motion to dismiss the lawsuit summarily.

Some conservatives derisively dismiss anyone who supports the eligibility issue as a “birther.” There certainly is enough evidence out there to raise questions. The significance of the eligibility issue is what happens if we are right. If Obama was never eligible to serve as President, everything he did is void. Two Supreme Court Justices, gone. A host of Federal Judges, gone. Every bill he signed, gone. Obamacare, gone.

What are the chances of this happening? Who knows? The bigger question is, given the potential reward of undoing everything Obama has done, why any conservative dismisses the eligibility issues, as “birtherism” is simply beyond belief.

If Orly Taitz wins, she will deserve a place among the great lawyers of this country, who fought incredible odds to win justice. The left wing American Bar Association will never give her an award for this. But I’m willing to bet she’s not saving any space on her wall for an ABA award either.
