Eric Holder, who is being drawn to the center of Operation Fast and Furious, has testified he knew nothing about the operation.  While common sense and appropriation hearings would prove otherwise, the fact that the ATF’s executive director also claimed supreme ignorance about this disastrous fiasco lends little credibility to Attorney General Holder’s feigned ignorance and denial regarding the straw purchases of military-grade assault rifles that were part of a government sting operation gone bad resulting in the complete loss of over 2000 assault rifles ending up in the hands of the Los Zetas drug cartel and part of hundreds of murders of civilians and law enforcement officials from both Mexico and the United States.  It is a joke that Eric Holder would now disavow any knowledge of Operation Fast and Furious after having testified to congress in previous years about funding for the operation.  We are talking about an operation in which the FBI, DEA and AFT were all complicit.

But, the crimes, murder of Operation Fast and Furious pales in comparison to Operation Patriot Conspiracy, another law enforcement/paramilitary operation that had gone wrong and resulted in the death of 168 people, many of them children who were killed while attending day care within the bombed OKC Murrah Federal Building.

Immediately after the Oklahoma bombing, the FBI issued a description of two individuals, one was Timothy McVeigh and the other was for a John Doe Number 2 who was an accomplice of McVeigh’s.   Kenneth Trentadue had fit the description of John Doe Number 2.  He was the same height, weight, hair color, build and complexion and had the same dragon tattoo on the same arm as the individual the FBI later captured and identified as Richard Lee Guthrie. 

Upon finding out a warrant was issued for his arrest, Kenneth Trentadue, being out of state at the time, turned himself into authorities.  On short order the FBI began torturing Kenneth Trentadue.  He was tortured for two days and given extremely high doses of pharmaceutical caffeine that a coroner had identified during toxicological testing as part of his inquiry for which he had ruled being a homicide.   

Kenneth Trentadue was beaten from the top of his head to the bottom of his feet.  It would have been impossible for him to have smuggled and ingested pharmaceutical grade caffeine while in the federal correction center being under the close supervision of the FBI, but high grade pharmaceutical caffeine is known to sensitive people to pain and prevent unconsciousness as the result of severe trauma.  When Kenneth Trentadue finally died while in FBI custody at a federal detention center the FBI claimed he committed suicide and told federal authorities he was an AIDs carrier, – a lie, so the FBI could call in a team to sanitize the crime scene and cremate the body.  While the FBI quickly moved to hide its crime by seeking to have the unviewed body of Kenneth Trentadue cremated, unfortunately for the FBI, Jesse Trentadue, Kenneth’s brother, was an influential local attorney and former law school professor with considerable local influence who prevented the destruction of his brother’s body for which he finally won his request for a coroner’s inquest. 

The FBI immediately began its obstruction of justice and went into cover-up mode.  After sanitizing the crime scene, two months later forensic specialists were finally allowed access and were still able to identify blood splatters on the ceiling of Kenneth Trentadue’s cell.  When the FBI was no longer able to obstruct what turned into a murder investigation after having a state coroner classified Kenneth Trentadue’s death as a homicide, it enlisted the help of then Deputy Eric Holder of the Department of Justice.

During Jesse Trentadue’s 16-year investigation and requests for thousands of pages of documents and videotapes, the FBI and DOJ had repeatedly obstructed, lied, destroyed evidence and even threatened Obstruction of Justice charges against Jesse Trentadue for suing to get document regarding Operation PATCON.

Jesse Trentadue finally sought video tape of the Rider truck containing the OKC bomb driving down the main streets of Oklahoma City on its way to the Murrah Building, the truck the FBI had thought was driven by McVeigh and John Doe Number 2 initially misidentified as Kenneth Trentadue, but later identified as Richard Lee Guthrie.  Guthrie was later captured and also ended up murdered while in federal custody.  When Jesse Trentadue was finally granted the video of the truck that drove past 19 surveillance cameras on its way to the Murrah Federal Building every video tape had been erased and the FBI claimed that there were no images on the 19 tapes it confiscated from all the businesses because each video must had been recycling or all 19 business owners must have been rewinding or changing their tapes at the exact second the truck went by each of the surveillance cameras.  This is the type of nonsense judges allow criminals in government to get away with all the time.

An agent was assigned by the DOJ to conduct an “investigation” as Jesse Trentadue sought the names of the agents that had interrogated his brother.  That agent’s name was Kenneth Holder.  His investigation cleared the FBI and Holder wrote in his report that no murder investigation or any other additional investigation was needed.  He also clamed that no FBI agents or police were in the prison at the time of Kenneth Trentadue’s murder.

When the FBI did eventually catch the man they were looking for a few days after Kenneth Trentadue’s death, it seems the man they had caught suffered the exact same fate as Kenneth Trentadue and no murder charges were ever filed in the death of Richard Lee Guthrie.  He also was interrogated days and died as the result of a supposed suicide.  Now, if the U.S. fascist state had any type of functioning media, this would have been widely known and the people would have been allowed to have a say about Eric Holder’s DOJ white wash, but nobody knew what happened and it seems they did not care to find out.  But, that should not surprise any observer who notices what happened at Waco, Ruby Ridge, the killing of Iraq War veteran Marine Corps Sergeant Derek Hale, the planting of bomb-making material by the FBI as part of COINTELPRO for which only two FBI agents had been convicted as the agency waged war on the black civil rights movement and the small number of militant groups that provided the FBI the excuse to engage in warfare against innocent civilians and civil rights organization. 

Attorney Trentadue, the former law professor who was the brother of Kenneth Trentadue’s brother, began a 16-year crusade to get to the bottom of his Kenneth’s brother’s murder.  What he found over and over again was that the documents he received were part of Operation Patriot Conspiracy (PATCON) with almost a dozen PATCON groups working across the United States.  As he garnered support of Senator Orin Hatch for an investigation into Kenneth Trentadue’s murder, Eric Holder began writing and meeting with officials to obstruct and deny any investigation into the killing.  Jesse Trentadue ended up receiving documents in which Holder was on record having said no investigation could be allowed because an investigation would be too complicated and the repercussions too severe. 

During Jesse Trentadue’s investigation it became known to him through requested documents that there was an FBI agent that had already been acting as an iunside informant within the OKC bombing conspiracy.  It became known to Jesse Trentdue that FBI agents were provided with bomb-making material just as they were during COINTELPRO.  In COINTELPRO the FBI both supplied or planted the bomb-making material.  In almost every single case since 9/11 the FBI itself radicalized, bribed, trained and then provided bomb-making materials to individuals who had no prior inclination towards violence or radicalization.  An expert literally testified that almost every single incident was hatched, fostered, planned, paid for and supplied by the FBI that heralded each incident as a great victory in the war on terror. 

In the Hutaree Militia case the charged individuals made no effort at all to attack police or conduct any bombings.  The extent to their crime was that while on the way to a militia meeting and talking about beer and strippers, and as they saw police pull over a speeder, they began talking about how it would be great to shoot him and then bomb all his police friends as they attended the funeral.  The “plot” involved about 30 seconds of idiotic bravado and within 30 seconds of passing the police car the conversation immediately returned to talking about strippers and beer.  That was the extent to their great plan “to take over the United States by waging war on police”.  There was one other problem.  The FBI informant who was being paid money and had been taping the group had been instructed to provide them with bomb-making material and training.  When the Hutaree Militia members went to a bail hearing after being charges with trying to take over America, the judge asked which one had been in possession of bomb-making material and providing training.  The federal prosecutor came forward and admitted it was their agent that had been the only one who had ever possessed any bomb-making material and it was he who had provided the training.   

In other cases the FBI had charged people who had agreed to carry out crimes after being repeatedly bribed and finally succumbing to an inducement of obtaining “logistical material” that ended up being nothing more than tennis shoes and food. The individuals were borderline retarded and could barely even read, write or speak intelligently.  Each individual in this situation had almost no understanding of any plot outside being told they could get tennis shoes and food as they had no shoes nor money to buy food and were literally malnourished.  This ended up in the media as another great FBI victory in the War of Terror. 

But, back to Eric Holder and Operation PATCON.  Having gained his credentials as someone with a willingness to lie on the behalf of the federal government and its murderous agents, the Obama Administration determined it had all it needed in Eric Holder as Obama named him the Attorney General for the United States.  At the end of this article I will link video and websites regarding Operation PATCON, Jesse Trentadue’s murder, the cover-up by Holder, an interview by Sen. Orin Hatch, interviews by Jesse Trentadue and pictures of Kenneth Trentadue.

With regard to Operation Fast and Furious, some intelligence analysts believe this is much more than a joint federal agency operation gone wrong.  When the U.S. government was providing shipments of commercially produced assault rifles directly to drug cartels both through using gun store owners as intermediaries and at times having the DEA, ATF and FBI make straw purchases themselves, this operation begins to have much more ominous implications.  Gun store owners went to the FBI to report these crimes fearing that while being forced to sell guns to known drug dealers, cartel members and government agents they would themselves be sold out by federal agents and blamed for something the federal government coerced them into doing.  This is why the owners came to the media and exposed Holder’s crimes.

There is intelligence that points to the U.S. providing these guns in an effort to punish Mexico and create instability so as to have an excuse to intervene militarily.  One need look no further than considering how Mexico has defied the U.S government in the last several years to see this as a distinct possiblity.  First, the Mexican people engaged in mass demonstrations after the very same voting company that assisted Bush’s White House wins was called in to give Calderon his victory over Obrador-Lopez who had been ahead of the current president in all polls prior to the election.

Then, Mexico defied the U.S. in its end to drug prohibition.  To show you how effective the U.S. media is in thought control, ask fellow Americans if they know that cocaine, heroine and marijuana are now legal for recreational use in Mexico.  I did it myself and found even the police and elected high officials did not know these drugs are now legal to use south of the border. Mexico had hoped to begin a whole tourist industry based on drug use. It stood to make billions of dollars while making a mockery of U.S. prohibition efforts.

The Mexican government also sought to cash in on the dollar by making a law that required all purchases to be done in pecos, thereby forcing Americans to convert their currency.  This gave the Mexican government some say as to the value of the dollar in in relation to the Mexican peco in their domestic markets.

Mexico also has not toed the U.S. line in Uncle Sam’s attempt to contain and isolate Venezuela’s Hugo Chevez and Bolivia’s president and former coca farmer, Evo Morales, as both remain thorns in the side of the U.S. government and continue to establish military treaties and economic development agreements with South and Central American nations in defiance of and in opposition to U.S. imperial designs.  Lately, even Iran’s Ahmadinejad has made visits and declarations of support to Chavez as both mocked the U.S.  During Ahmadinejad’s trip he met with other Latin American leaders and sought to bolster each nation’s nationalist sentiments and foster discontent with previous U.S. interventions.

Additionally, Mexico’s oil is state owned and therefore has not fallen to the interests of western oil companies.  However, there are hundreds of thousands of barrels being stolen and those barrels are ending up somewhere.  The elite who control the U.S. government hate to see state-run oil companies.  We all know what happened in Venezuela to Hugo Chavez during the revolution “that would not be televised”.

Also, Mexico has placed pressure on the U.S. government to prosecute instances of mistreatment of illegal aliens caught smuggling drugs.  Mexico also sought prosecutions for over-reactions by U.S. law enforcement after agents and officers had been previously killed by guns that were traced back to Operation Fast and Furious.  In some cases border security agents were charged, tried, convicted and given lengthy prison terms for actions taken while in the performance of their duties.

The U.S. government has also become unhappy that the Mexican government has begun organizing illegal aliens to come to the U.S. to influence U.S. immigration policies through the use of American media.  It should be noted that there is a state of war going on between the Mexican government and drug cartels, so providing the cartels with weapons has caused a deterioration in foreign relations.  The Mexican government has demanded the extradition of U.S. officials for the illegal shipments and gun transfers through straw man purchases set up by federal agencies.  It also seeks to publicize how many people from Mexico and the U.S. have died as the result of Operation Fast and Furious.

Operation Fast and Furious has proven to be an act of war against the Mexican government that has destabilized the Mexican government.  It seems this is a policy that is in keeping with the U.S. traditions of fomenting trouble when counties become too independent to accept Washington’s dictates.

So, maybe Holder’s ways will finally caught up with him.  Or, maybe he will be protected because of his previous lies and crimes on behalf of the U.S. government.  That remains to be seen.  What the media does not want Americans to see is just how corrupt and illegitimate the U.S. government, its agencies and their agents have become not just under Obama, but stretching back to Clinton-era grabs for federal power with its accompanied tyrannies and criminalities.

This whole episode is pregnant with blowback that will continue to unfold over the next decade.  As in Operation COINTELPRO, it is doubtful there will ever be an accounting for Operation PATCON or Operation Fast and Furious.  Whether the U.S gets its way after having destabilized the Mexican government remains to be seen.  It may end up driving the Mexican government into the arms of Hugo Chavez and Evo Morales.  It should be apparent to anyone that U.S. policy towards Mexico has already driven the hearts and minds of people there.
