Rep. Loretta Sanchez (D-CA) Caught in Multiple Scandals; Sex & Voter Fraud

By: Rebecca Diserio With the Elections behind us, the view from our porches to 2012 now occupies our minds, and media.  Perfect timing for our newly re-elected Representative from the 47th District, Loretta Sanchez (D) to announce her engagement to John (Jack) Einwechter.   Why would Loretta need a safe haven of timing to announce such a joyous event? It all started back in 2003, when this same Jack Einwechter, was assigned as an Army escort to Sanchez.  Both were married, he with 8 children.  Still seems like much ado about nothing…let’s look a little closer, and connect the dots, that make this not a story for the Celeb Rags, but a total conflict of interest in her Role as the Senior member of the House Armed Services Comittee.

“A source close to the Einwechter family has communicated to me that Rep. Loretta Sanchez used her position of “public power and trust to pursue a sexual relationship with a married Army officer assigned to escort her on tax-funded official overseas travel beginning in 2003.” While this might not be perceived as an issue, Congresswoman Sanchez was still married at the time, as was John P. Einwechter. According to the Uniform Code of Military Justice Article 134, adultery is unacceptable conduct.”

And what is even more unethical, is the fact that Sanchez sits on the Homeland Security Committee, and as “LatinoPoliticoBlog” goes on to state:

“Since 2005, according the lobbying profile database at OpenSecrets.org, Einwechter has represented Heckler and Koch. Heckler and Koch manufactures firearms that are used by the Department of Homeland Security, again a government entity over which Congresswoman Sanchez has critical oversight. Beginning in 2008, according to the same lobbying profile database, Einwechter has also represented L1 Identity Solutions, which provides face, palm, and iris recognition products used by the Department of Homeland Security. L1 Identity Solutions also provides products to help implement the Real ID Act. The CEO of L1 Identity Solutions is Robert La Penta, who co-founded L3 Communications, a company that makes surveillance and reconnaissance equipment for the Department of Defense and Departments of Homeland Security. Loretta Sanchez’s political “career” started on rocky ground back in 1995.  After a failed bid at Anaheim’s City Council running as Loretta Bixbey (her married name), and as a Republican, she re-made herself, Madonna style, becoming a Democrat, and going back to her maiden name “Sanchez”.  All this making over to run against Bob Dornan (R) which was then the Representative incumbent of CA 46th District.  Her brain trust must have had some insider knowledge, for on all accounts, the 46th District is in heavily Republican Orange County California.  As a virtual novice, against the blustery and boisterous seasoned Politician, Dornan, it was a great upset when Sanchez claimed victory by 948 votes.

Voter Fraud claims were submitted, citing the new motor law, in which at the DMV, along with applying for your ID card or Driver’s License, you registered to vote.  Parts of this segment of Orange County included Santa Ana, which today is called the “East LA” of Orange County.  With many hispanics now residing in parts of the 46th,  Sanchez’s team counted on all of the Latinos to “rock the vote” for their girl.  Nothing wrong with the constituents electing who they believe will be the best Representative, after all, isn’t that what “it’s all about”?

Problematic is the DMV.  Here, in California, all you need to present is a birth certificate and a Social Security Card. Hmm, wonder where the whole social security card issue has recently been an issue? Ah, yes, Gloria Allred and our favorite “crying” 23  dollar an hour housekeeper illegal alien Nicky Diaz.  (Off the point, I must say, my personal favorite quote in this case was Gloria Allred comparing Diaz to “Rosa Parks”.   Gloria’s press conference with her “Rosa Parks” reference was played over and over here at KFI 640 AM Los Angeles.)

Nicky Diaz stated she went to an employment agency, presented a driver’s license and a social security card.  I guess at the DMV, she could have registered to vote, too.  Here is the problem with California’s system.  It was well documented in this article at “Sound Politics” that states:

“And it was not just Dornan who found an irregularity or two in the group’s registrations.  So did the Los Angeles Times and an independent organization, the Fair Elections Group.  Taxpayers will be pleased to learn that Hermandad Nacional Mexicana was not only a non-profit organization, in spite of its activities, but was subsidized by grants from a variety of governments.  And those who have read this site for some time will not be surprised that nearly all of those registered by the organization requested absentee ballots.  As we have learned again and again, absentee ballots are the choice of most who commit vote fraud.”

Now, consider this is written back in 2004.  Also consider, that Dornan was less than a sympathetic character even by his own Party.  Fast forward to 2010, and I assert that the races between Boxer (D) vs Fiorina (R), Loretta Sanchez (D) vs Van Tran (R), and Laura Richardson (D) vs. Star Parker (R), (among  many others in California, I was not involved in as closely as these) the 3 major polls on the aforementioned races just prior to election day, had all these races running neck to neck.  Boxer (D) wins by 14%.  Sanchez wins by 9% and Richardson wins by 40%.  ”Sound Politics”, states in 2004:

“As far as I know, California made no effort to strengthen its election laws or to remove non-citizens from the rolls.  The director of Hermandad Nacional Mexicana at the time, Nativo Lopez, is still director, and the organization is still receiving government grants.”

By all accounts, one race or possibly two not reflecting at all 3 major polls just a day before the election might be “fluke”.  Here we are going back to 1996, and as a life long Californian, I believe its time to confront this issue.  All people of good will would have no problem with assuring the Election process, one of our most sacred privileges as Americans, is free of fraud.

In my research for this article, I found my head spinning with Ms. Sanchez’s questionable behavior, her hypocritical stances.  I will address a few, and give links in closing and leave thequestions and answers in your hands.

According to Wikipedia, she states her Religion as Roman Catholic.  It behooves her to do so, I will opine, not due to her ethical stances, as you will see, but most hispanics are Catholics.  As far as her voting record on abortion issues: NO to bann partial birth abortion, NO to assure a minor have consent to abort and 100% percent ranking with NARAL the pro choice arm of the Democratic Party. (Yet, Sanchez asserts “I am a blue dog Democrat”, what is her definition of a liberal Democrat? And just more food for thought: How was this woman EVER a Republican?)

How about illegal immigration, and Arizona’s SB 1070?  Here is what Ms. Sanchez has to say:

“There’s a concerted effort behind promoting these kinds of laws on a state-by-state basis by people who have ties to white supremacy groups,” said the lawmaker, who is of Mexican descent. “It’s been documented. And then we come to her (and her sister, Linda Sanchez (D) just re-elected 39th CA District–I will address Linda in my next piece, its personal, the 39th is where I grew up.) Seems the “Sister Act” have no shame:

“In 2003 Sanchez helped fundraise for CAIR and shared the podium with Muzzamil Siddiqui – who claimed that the attacks on America were due to the ‘wrath of Allah’ – and Siraj Wahhaj and unindicted co conspirator in the 1993 WTC bombings.”
