Debra Goldman subbed by Northern Wake Republican Club

As reported today in the WakeEd blog hosted by the News and Observer the Northern Wake Republican Club chose not to invite registered Republican Debra Goldman to their meeting.

In a brief interview Monday, NWRC President Heather Losurdo said Goldman, the board vice chairwoman, wasn’t invited to attend. Losurdo explained that the group wanted to hear from the school board members who supported moving ahead with community schools.

NWRC President Losurdo used the meeting to announce her run against Kevin Hill for his school board seat. But the way many have talked I almost thought she was running against Debra Goldman. What Losurdo and the many people supporting her better understand, is that she had better make this about Kevin Hill and not Vice-Chairwoman Goldman. If she chooses to attack a fellow Republican, violating a Reagan principle, she will lose.
