Apparently the world is too much of a hustling and bustling place for South Carolina State Representative Todd Rutherford (D-Columbia), leaving him no time to read his constituents’ emails. A resident of the 74th House District forwarded an email on to The Blogland of Earl Capps telling her exactly that.
