SE Cupp Thoroughly Thrashes MSNBC Host’s ‘Racist Code’ Conspiracy Theory

MSNBC has been on quite a roll this week – first, one of the hosts called Mitt Romney a ‘criminal’ who has likely committed a felony, a complete distortion. Then another host said Mitt Romney’s use of the word ‘angry’ to describe Barack Obama was really just “racist code” to fire up the racist republican base.  Really?

I guess this is what happens when: you begin your term as president with a racially motivated beer summit (it changed the entire tone from the first post racial presidency to the race card administration during the first 100 days of the Obama administration); your wife (the First Lady) advocated for race-based faculty hiring in one of her Harvard essays that was just found and released; the Democrat leader of the Senate Harry Reid slandered Mitt Romney with no evidence or proof and your Vice President, Joe Biden, makes remarks like “Romney wants to ‘put y’all back in chains’” to a racially mixed crowd and you defend him… while over the weekend the head of the DNC, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, attacked the just announced GOP VP pick, Paul Ryan, with false Medicare attacks.  The tone is always set by the leader and President Obama and his administration have been anything but a post-racial team, including Eric Holder and the DOJ.

The Patriot Update: On Thursday’s edition of MSNBC’s ‘The Cycle’ the group discussed Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney‘s assertion that President Obama should “take [his] campaign of division and anger and hate back to Chicago.” Co-host Touré saw what he believed to be explicit racial connotations beneath what Romney was saying, calling it the “niggerization” of the campaign.

“That really bothered me,” he said. “You notice he said anger twice. He’s really trying to use racial coding and access some really deep stereotypes about the angry black man. This is part of the playbook against Obama, the ‘otherization,’ he’s not like us.”

“I know it’s a heavy thing, I don’t say it lightly, but this is ‘niggerization,’” Touré said to the apparent shock of his co-panelists. “You are not one of us, you are like the scary black man who we’ve been trained to fear.”

In the segment, The Cycle co-host Toure said of Romney, “You notice he said anger twice. He’s really trying to use racial coding and access some really deep stereotypes about the angry black man. This is part of the playbook against Obama, the ‘otherization,’ he’s not like us.”

“I know it’s a heavy thing, I don’t say it lightly, but this is ‘ni**erization,’ he added. “You are not one of us, you are like the scary black man who we’ve been trained to fear.”

After playing the audio, Glenn jumped in, “You talk about a conspiracy theorist, you know, me being a conspiracy theorist, I didn’t get the decoder ring in the box of cereal.”

In the segment, fellow co-host S.E. Cupp (author of Losing Our Religion), however, shot back “Certainly you were implying that Mitt Romney and the base will respond to this dog-whistle, racially-charged coding, and hate Obama, the angry black man?”

When Toure said that was “absolutely” what he meant, Cupp said, “Joe Biden made the overtly racial comment and has a history of making bigoted remarks. Mitt Romney was responding to the comment. Yet he is the one responsible for the whole Republican history of racism in politics?”

It’s nice to know that even though S.E. is outnumbered, she is bringing at least one lone, sane voice to the wasteland of journalism that is MSNBC.

MSNBC Host Touré  now Apologizes for ‘Ni**erization’ Comment: ‘I Could’ve Made My Point Without That Word’, but not for his unfound accusations.

Mitt Romney is a nice decent man.  As a friend of mine said, “Romney has no skeletons in his closet… He is so decent that he doesn’t even have a closet”  and the same goes for Paul Ryan.  And unfortunately the Chicago scum who now live in that cesspool, known as Washington D.C., inhabit the People’s House and control their liberal media minions, wouldn’t recognize or understand decency if they fell over it.
