DNC Convention News: No God, No Israel, No Crowd for Obama

The Democrats are beginning to sound more like the Jacobins of the French Revolution than Americans. The extreme leftward shift of the party of the donkey has been dramatic over the last few decades, and especially over the last few years, but judging by the news coming out of the Democrat National Convention, they are now preparing to go for broke.

Confused about how the Republicans can have more women and Hispanic State Governors than the Democrats, the accusations that the GOP has launched a war on women and minorities is at a new high. In reality, what is happening is that the Democrats are trying to appeal to women as women, and Hispanics as Hispanics. Republicans have been trying to appeal to women and Hispanics as Americans.

While pandering to women and minorities, the Democrats have been actively snubbing Christians, and supporters of Israel, and have lost the military veteran vote. The Democrats have even gone so far as to eliminate any mention of God, and Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, to try to turn the tables, went so far as to lie, saying that an Israeli Ambassador said the GOP was dangerous for Israel. The Israeli Ambassador later set the facts straight.

Wow, a democrat lied? Who’d have thunk it possible?

The liberal left’s position on abortion has always been abundantly clear, but became even more crystal clear when their platform revealed that the liberal democrats support taxpayer funded abortions, and the issue regarding America’s genocide against the unborn became even more disgustingly clear when abortionists began to scream at an 11-year-old Pro-life girl outside the site of the Democrat National Convention while the child prayed.

In the end, all of these evil positions and actions by the democrats is resulting in people fleeing from the party as quick as they can. In fact, Obama’s acceptance speech is being moved indoors to a smaller venue, rather than the near empty stadium that the democrats are not even close to filling. They used “severe weather” as the excuse for the change.

The democrats are also banking on buying votes with their socialist policies which have increased American dependence on federal assistance (and they still think not enough Americans are slaves to the government through entitlement programs), and food stamp use has climbed to record levels.

Watching the Democrats launch their Convention, the truth has become clear. This is more than just an election between Obama and Mitt Romney. This is an election upon which the very future of America hangs. This election is about whether we cross the line the Soviet Union drew and become a secular socialist nation, or return to the morals, values, capitalism and a free market that has made this nation great.
