Scandalous. Shocking. It’s hard to find exactly the right description for the actions of the EPA, as outlined in the lawsuit filed by Steven Milloy

Writing at FrontPage.com, Arnold Ahlert says that EPA deliberately exposed human beings to “airborne particulate matter the agency itself considers lethal.”

“That EPA administrator Lisa Jackson permitted this heinous experimentation to occur under her watch shocks the conscience,” said Milloy.
