A Little History Lesson
For those of you who are too young to remember, there was once a country called the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. It began in 1918, with the Russian Revolution, and it ended in 1991 with the fall of the USSR. During its existence, it was responsible for the brutal murder of millions of its citizens. It was the first country to espouse communism; the first country to ban religion, and openly stated its intent to establish communist rule over the entire world.
In opposition to the USSR was the United States. Millions of American men served in our armed forces opposing communism. We were taught to love freedom. We were also taught that we were the only hope for those enslaved by the wickedly evil and murderous communist governments of the world. We engaged in a so called “Cold War” with the USSR, and other communist countries, for 50 years. Many lives were lost. Some of the proxy wars between the United States and the communist countries we opposed you may have been told about: Korea, Vietnam, El Salvador, and dozens of other places throughout the world. Good men died.
Not so good men at home protested us, called us names, aided our enemies, and claimed they were superior due to their suposed “intelligence”. They were social outcasts. They bombed government buildings, killed police officers, and committed terrorist acts. Some of them went to jail. Unfortunately, some also went to congress.
During the Cold War, I served on three nuclear submarines. During the long patrols we endured on those submarines, many of us listened to Radio Moscow. I played really cool music, and was a source of connection to the outside world. We were well aware that the content of radio Moscow was vetted by the Communist Party prior to broadcast, and we often laghed at the outlandish, audacious and repetitive propaganda they sent over the airwaves. In a way, it was similar to our fathers laughing at Axis Sallie or Tokyo Rose.
We also learned something; the enemy was constantly subjected to fear and brainwashing through state sponsored radio, and the radio station had to continually engage in fear based lies instead of broadcasting the truth. Fear unified the people. Lies helped reassure them.
After I served my time in the Navy, I was Honorably Discharged, and went home. I went to college, built a career in law enforcement, and spent 20 years in it. I married, had children, and did my best to raise my kids as Americans who are proud of the freedom and liberty we all enjoy as citizens of the best country on Earth.
I also witnessed, with my own eyes, the horrific scenes of the Oklahoma City Bombing. I was one of the first police on the scene that day. For those too young to remember, that was when a man named Timothy McVeigh kiled 168 people by parking a truck loaded with explosive material in front of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, and detonating it. Many of the victims were children. I saw the suffering of the children who lived; and I saw the agony of the families who lost children. I know only too well what the police who responded to the horrible events in Newtown are feeling, and I know how the experience will affect them over the years.
Why I Am Taking My Stand
Now, with the times changing, I am forced to take a stand. I am witnessing my beloved country steadily trodding down the path to totalitarian barbarity, and I simply cannot stand idle and let this happen. Let me enumerate why:
a) During the Presidential debates I witnessed President Obama state that he wanted to ban “weapons of war” from the streets of America. I also witnessed a lot of irregularities in the election that I question.
b) After the election, many news outlets reported that one of the first calls made by President eelct Obama was to the United Nations. Apparently he wanted to restart the negotiations over the Small Arms Treaty.
c) In December, I watched in horror as the the school shooting unfolded in Newtwon Connecticut. I also noted that the media sensationalized the events, and did not even have the common dignity to leave the families alone while they were experiencing the shock and trauma of their losses. When I began hearing the term “gun control” almost immediately, I knew that this crisis was going to be exploited.
d) No sooner than the event happened, I witnessed multiple media outlets broadcasting calls for gun control. The calls were well coordinated, very similar in content, and contained much the same verbage. It almost reminded me of Radio Moscow a generation ago. A quick check of a few progressive sources showed that these were, in fact, the exact same “talking points” that were being disseminated widely and in multiple outlets.
e) I was also astounded to find out that Senator Feinstein had already drafted “gun control” legislation which had been waiting for over a year, and was going to be introduced when the Senate reconvened.
e) I also witnessed the media begin to attack anyone who may have been in opposition to gun control, such as the NRA. At one point, an attempt was made by the Media to lay the blame for the event on the NRA. This is also a tactic eerily similar to the propaganda tactics used by the former USSR.
f) These coordinated media attacks and talking points were later reinforced by the White House, who attempted to portray their response as a righteous response to an angry nation who was fed up with violence and wanted gun control.
My Conclusion
My conclusion, based on my observations, is fairly simple: We apparently have a media who is quite comfortable broadcasting talking points that are completely in line with the offical position of the White House. In addition, they also act as an instrument to attack any opposition the White House may encounter. This reeks of the beginnings of a state sponsored media, whose every action is apparently vetted.
The thought of a President being in absolute control of the media frightens me, and it should frighten anyone who is rational. This is the first step to tyranny. Banning firearms is the second step.
My Question
My question to the President, and the media, is simple. What are your intentions? When everyone surrenders their firearms you will be completely free to act as you choose. Combined with the NDAA, and other legislation that has been rubber stamped though the legislative process, you can lock up anyone who is in opposition to you. So when do the roundups of your opponents commence? Who will you round up?
I also have a follow up question: who do you take your orders from? You cant tell me that the “majority of Americans” agree with you, because I work in the real world, and hear what people are saying. I know the people of the United States are not happy with the events we are witnessing, and many of us have life experience which tells us what the next steps appear to be.
Final Statement
Since no one with any detectable amount of courage in the media will question you, I guess it falls to me, as an American citizen and veteran, to ask you what type of world you are trying to create. Will it be a world of freedom, liberty, and opportunity? Will it be a world of tyranny? Only you can make this decision.

All the gun owners especially those with an religious background are going to be labeled “fanatics” or religious “fundamentalists” and “EXTREMISTS”. They will be compared to Muslim extremists.
This is the Narrative of the “Global War on Terrorism” for 12 years. “GET THE DANGEROUS RELIGIOUS EXTREMISTS!” is the cry. This narrative has always been there but nobody cared to notice.

This author still believes there is an East/West, Left/Right, Liberal/Conservative paradigm. You have been deceived. All the wars, conflicts and turmoil are a controlled(to a large degree) equation. The wording of the Presidential Oath was established in the Constitution in Article II, Section 1, Clause 8.
Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
The Framers placed the presidential Oath of Office Clause BETWEEN beginning clauses that set forth the organization of the executive department and ending clauses that specify the contours of the President’s executive power. The President takes the oath after he assumes the office but before he executes it. The location and phrasing of the Oath of Office Clause strongly suggest that it is not empowering, but that it is limiting – the clause limits how the President’s “executive power” is to be exercised.
The requirement for all Federal and State Civil officers to give their solemn and binding Oath is established in Article VI, Section 1, Clause 4.
They are bound by their Oath to support the Constitution, and should they abrogate their Oath by their acts or inaction, are subject to charges of impeachment and censure. (Political Remedy for a criminal offense)
Once given, the Oath is binding for life, unless renounced, refused, and abjured. It does not cease upon the occasions of leaving office or of discharge.

Both parties knowingly understand what they are agreeing to is the other requirement to legally establish an agreement or contract.
Consideration: According to “Black’s Law Dictionary,” consideration in a contract is a bargained for exchange of acts or forbearance of an act.
Require, Requirement, Required: “to claim or ask for by right and authority; Mandated under a law or by an authoritative entity. That which is required; a thing demanded or obligatory; something demanded or imposed as an obligation.”
Federal law regulating oath of office by government officials is divided into four parts along with an executive order that further defines the law for purposes of enforcement.
5 U.S.C. 3331, provides the text of the actual oath of office members of Congress are required to take before assuming office.
5 U.S.C. 3333 requires members of Congress sign an affidavit that they have taken the oath of office required by 5 U.S.C. 3331 and have not or will not violate that oath of office during their tenure of office as defined by the third part of the law,
5 U.S.C. 7311 which explicitly makes it a federal criminal offense (and a violation of oath of office) for anyone employed in the United States Government (including members of Congress) to “advocate the overthrow of our constitutional form of government”.

18 U.S.C. 1918 provides penalties for violation of oath of office described in 5 U.S.C. 7311 which include: (1) removal from office and; (2) confinement or a fine.
The definition of “advocate” is further specified in Executive Order 10450 which for the purposes of enforcement supplements 5 U.S.C. 7311.
One provision of Executive Order 10450 specifies it is a violation of 5 U.S.C. 7311 for any person taking the oath of office to advocate “the alteration … of the form of the government of the United States by unconstitutional means.”
Our form of government is defined by the Constitution of the United States. According to Executive Order 10450 (and therefore 5 U.S. 7311) any act taken by government officials who have taken the oath of office prescribed by 5 U.S.C. 3331 which alters the form of government other then by amendment, is a criminal violation of the 5 U.S.C. 7311.

Efficiency of Militia Bill H.R. 11654: Breaks the militia down in three groups. The three classes H.R. 11654 provides for are;
· The organized militia, henceforth known as the National Guard of the State, Territory and District of Columbia,

· The regular army.
It further states: The militia encompasses every able-bodied *male between the ages of 18 and 45. All members of the unorganized militia have the absolute personal right and 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms of any type, and as many as they can afford to buy.

After reading your article, I draw one conclusion. Either you’re half awake, or half asleep!
That you don’t see the future of your country. That the same people which were running USSR are now running the USA! Russian?(I call them chosenites)KGB officer employed by the Homeland security.
