Touch of Flavor ‘fetish’ festival files lawsuit in Maryland

After consulting with both our attorney and the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom, we filed both a lawsuit and a motion for a Temporary Restraining Order against Coppermine Fieldhouse on Monday. If granted, this order would have compelled Coppermine to honor their contract and allow the Festival to run without interference. To be granted this restraining order we would have had to prove not only that we have a high likelihood of winning the lawsuit, but other factors including that this issue could not be addressed in any other fashion. While the proceedings today caused us to leave extremely confident of emerging victorious in the lawsuit, the court felt that the lawsuit was the appropriate place to address this matter.
