The Obama administration’s foreign policy has imploded. The Chinese have their Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ). North Korea continues to threaten the west by restarting their nuclear power plant they had agreed to mothball, and test their ICBM’s.
China’s world influence, and trade continues to grow, as President Obama’s Pacific “Pivot” never defined itself, leaving China to stretch out its reach over the the Pacific, and the world.

Russia has taken over the prominence it once had back in the early 1950′s in the Middle East. The Obama administration’s support for Muslim Brotherhood’s Mohamed Morsi for President never ended even with reported abuses, people’s petition of 22 million signatures, and June 30, 2012 protests of millions across Egypt that led to his ouster.
Russia and China power and influence with the P5+1, and the United Nations Security Council has led to having Iran keep its nuclear, and ICBM programs intact. The Ukraine has Russia flexing their muscles. Mobilizing troops on the Crimean Peninsula, with an eye on the eastern region of Ukraine; which are primarily ethic, and russian speaking Ukrainians.

The ship had departed from a Russian port early that April for Cuba with yet to be revealed manifests.
