Great video ncrenegade…inspiring actually! Trey tears this guy a new one.
The term is one the average person should never see: “Spoliation of Evidence”. In the IRS Case it was mostly destruction and concealment of Evidence. Spoliation is when evidence is not maintained in its original untampered condition like OJ’s glove with Mark Fuhrman.
In my case Plaintiff Bank Of New York Mellon took a loan contract and Spoliated the hell out of it by recopying it about 20 times until it was blurred, and stated it was “merely for judge’s reference”. Then they attached it to their REVISED VERSION of just one paragraph to claim I waived all my rights, defenses and had no legal right to insist they prove they were a legal party of interest…which they were/are not. They changed 5 of the first 6 words and deleted 43 more words strategically leaving 3 dot-dot-dots in paragraph to read like one long sentence of 180 degree difference of meaning than the original. That is how your rights can be violated by Spoliation of Evidence. In this case the judges were bias with financial interests with BNY Mellon and refused to even look at the multiple felonies it consisted of.
I would like to have the opportunity to do what Trey did to the Plaintiff…but the Judge illegally cancelled my jury trial 12 days before its scheduled date. That BS is why I now write on Beforeitsnews…because THE COURTS ARE A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE.
I like trey, he’s cool, he’s going to kill himself mysteriously, that’s the problem.
