EPA jumps on bandwagon w/IRS, wants to garnish wages

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

It’s probably the second agency behind the IRS a lot of the public loves to hate for their outrageous power grabs, upcoming radical regulations to bankrupt the coal industry and shutting down  fundraising car washes in Virginia.

And just like the IRS it “claims” to have missing emails too, that were subpoenaed by Congress.

And just like the IRS, the EPA is now intending to garnish wages of “polluters.” Yes, you heard that right. It recently slapped a $75,000 fine on a Wyoming homeowner for building a pond on his property.

From the Washington Times:

“The EPA has a history of overreaching its authority. It seems like once again the EPA is trying to take power it doesn’t have away from American citizens,” Sen. John Barrasso, Wyoming Republican, said when he learned of the EPA’s wage garnishment scheme.

And this time the EPA doesn’t plan on waiting for its usual 9-12 month public comment period before acting, but will be closing comments on August 1 of this year and putting its new power grab rule into effect on September 2. And for anyone asking just exactly where that public faux comment section of course is, i’ts buried somewhere in its website’s voluminous bowels, or maybe in the same place as Lois Lerner’s missing emails.

The EPA says this is a “significant regulatory action” and therefore not subject to review, because just like Obama:

Yes, we CAN!!

Challenge their corporate jurisdiction as foreign agents. Make them prove they have any jurisdiction and don’t sign any contracts with the corp or trust which ever they may be.

Rules and regulations by an unconstitutional, unelected body are invalid and we must, united, defy and loudly object to the entire epa.

Twitter, facebook, email and call out this monster for what it is.

Man in court against epa ‘charged’ with collecting rainwater on his private property. This breaks the Constitutional guarantee of the ‘right to life and liberty’. We need water to live.
