The Constitution is not a self-enforcing document.
Although the Constitution is the supreme law of our land and provides limits on the powers and authorities of our federal, state and local governments, its words cannot and will not leap off the page and enforce themselves.
The common folk of America must be the champions of their own liberty.
The people of America, if they would choose to enjoy the Blessings of Liberty, must first choose to study, understand, and then apply the principles of the American View of law and government.
It has always been so, that the greatest threat to the people’s liberties, is the centralized power of civil government. It is strikingly apparent now that the agenda coming from Washington, DC represents an attempt to centralize and extend the control of the few over the many.
In an amazingly short period of time, the central government has nationalized the banks, the insurance industry, the automobile industry and the health care industry. All this is illegal. And all the while this has been occurring at unprecedented speed, the president has been insisting that he is NOT doing exactly what he IS doing.

Well here’s a shock for you.. We “you, me, us” are NOT parties to the CONstitution!!
Now, when one is NOT a party to something, how precisely can the initial document/agreement and any and all subsequent promulgations derived from it.. attach to, obligate or control “you, me, us”??? What is the magical nexus that ENSLAVES “you,me,us” to it??
Well these are YOUR rights, endowed to YOU by YOUR creator. Just who do you think should maintain and uphold them, if you rely upon a document or elect another to do that, then you relinquish those rights as they are no longer yours. YOU maintain and uphold them by YOUR thoughts and actions, and in doing so keep them. For example if you decline to speak freely then you relinquish the right of free speech, if you elect someone to steal from another in the form of taxes then you relinquish your right to be secure in you property and papers.
Does that not remind you of what the Catholics did when the Son of God Moved back to heaven?
Kind of like I will sit on this throne and guard his kindom until he returns? Am I missing something here?

If I decline to speak freely then WHOM DO I RELINQUISH THE RIGHT OF FREE SPEECH TO?
AND BY WHO’S AUTHORITY OR POWER? THEIRS? I THINK NOT!
WHEN ONE DOES NOT PARTICIPATE in what you call YOUR civilized sociopaths opps society, then The taxes are not even an issue. As for the papers and the security of my property is exercised by the second amendment and good conscience!
Conscience:
the part of the mind that makes you aware of your actions as being either morally right or wrong. : a feeling that something you have done is morally correct/right.
Bottom line it all depends on who has to good conscience or the bad? The Ugly one we will not discuss today but it sure the hell is out there.
