Conversational Hypnosis and Propaganda

The term “conversational hypnosis” is one that I believe needs to be discussed in the public square, particularly in relationship to the way politicians speak.  Have you ever noticed that they all sound the same when they are under investigation?  They have similar sentence structures and word formatting and it all says nothing in a very obtuse way.  They can obstruct for months and years.

I heard a well known politician give a sound byte in a video where the politician said, “everyone needs to just sit back and take a deep breath”.  Where have you heard that before?  Isn’t that the terms hypnotists use?

The cadence, the pace at which the words are spoken, the frequency of repetition, this needs to be pointed out, because the political class is using words to attempt to hypnotize the people and also using words as lies so big they are presented as believable propaganda.

The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie.
