Note that the first word is “WHOEVER”, that is all inclusive and most certainly includes hillary!
Also note that nowhere in the statute does it require that destroyed documents be classified!
Hillary willfully and illegally destroyed government documents on her server when she had it wiped.. Congratulations Hillary, you committed a felony that will keep you from ever being president!
