Hillary’s FBI Free Pass For Her Dangerous and Willful Negligence: D.W. Ulsterman

Make no mistake, reader, Hillary Clinton broke the law.

She did so over and over again, and yet, today, FBI Director James Comey indicated his agency would not be recommend charges be filed against the former Secretary of State and current Democrat nominee for President of the United States. He did state her actions were “extremely careless” (which is another way of saying grossly negligent) and that, despite what she had repeatedly claimed earlier, confidential communications were shared via her unsecured, private email server, but that he did not feel a prosecutor would be willing to move forward with the case, thus the lack of formal charges being filed.

Hillary Clinton is, once again, being given a free pass for her misdeeds.

I am not going to go into the mountain of evidence surrounding Mrs. Clinton’s negligence, or how her case was so clearly treated differently than a myriad of others who WERE charged with crimes for far lesser infractions than those involving the presumptive Democrat nominee.

Instead, I wish to focus on FBI Director Comey’s not so subtle hint that he knew prosecution was unlikely because of who Hillary Clinton is, and who she is not. That’s not justice served, of course, but rather more evidence of just how corrupt and self-serving the entirety of this nation’s political system has become where an elite political class rules above the law, while mandating compliance of the rules they pass onto the rest of us.

There was a time in this country when such an environment led to revolution.

We are made of far softer stuff these days, though, are we not? It seems compliance, and not revolution, is what runs through the blood of most Americans today.

Let us go back a few weeks earlier when Hillary Clinton indicated via a carefully orchestrated media interview, that EVERYONE in Washington D.C. knew of her private email server. That was a direct, not-so-subtle warning to the president himself and all others in D.C. with interest in the investigation’s outcome that if she was to burn, others would burn as well.

Forty-eight hours later, Barack Obama was telling the media he felt Mrs. Clinton did not knowingly do anything wrong. It is not the first time Mr. Obama has inserted himself, as President, directly into an ongoing criminal investigation in an attempt to let law enforcement officials know he is in no mood to entertain an outcome he does not deem politically suitable to his own interests. (He did the same with the investigation into his use of the IRS to harass and intimidate political opponents prior to the 2012 Election.)

Then came the infamous off-the-record, one-on-one meeting between Bill Clinton and Obama Attorney General, Loretta Lynch just days before FBI Director Comey declared he would not recommend charges against Hillary Clinton for her long list of wrongdoing that so clearly compromised this nation’s national security. In a normal world, any judge presiding over a potential case who met with the spouse of a person under investigation would be forced to recuse themselves – and that judge might still face sanctions for having met with them regardless. Not so in the world of the Clintons and Obamas, who so willfully disregard the very protocols they demand the rest of us follow.

Anyone paying attention for the last couple of decades knows this level of disregard has been the Clinton way. It is the air they breathe, the ground they walk upon, the purpose which motivates them.

“Do unto others as we would never allow to be done to us.”

When Director Comey declared “no reasonable prosecutor would move forward with the case”, he wasn’t indicating there was no case, but rather that the political ramifications are too great to allow said case to proceed. It is Comey admitting Attorney General Loretta Lynch would not allow that case to go forward because it would implicate far too many powerful figures in the government, including President Obama himself.

THAT is the warning Hillary Clinton issued just a few weeks earlier when she stated EVERYONE knew of her email server. She was making clear that if the FBI chose to call that server use a crime, then nearly the entirety of the Obama federal government (and perhaps high-ranking Republican officials as well) were themselves complicit in that crime.

Instead, James Comey, after detailing a long list of legal offenses, declared those offenses to not be worthy of a recommendation he knew the Obama Justice Department would not accept. Was that a cowardly act on the part of Director Comey? Perhaps. More important, though, is that it once again details why America is in such desperate need of REAL change. Electing lifetime politicians is not the answer. Hillary Clinton represents the epitome of D.C. corruption, and should she become president, that corruption will only intensify at the cost of everyone else.

That means you and me.

The Clinton campaign’s greatest hope in this disappointing FBI investigation outcome, is that voters who oppose her will become disenchanted, unmotivated, and ultimately, give up trying to defeat her.

It’s up to you, it’s up to all of us, to not allow that to happen.

Your disappointment is not what is at stake here.

America’s future is what we fight for.

Be a warrior for change, or be a lackey to the status-quo.

The choice (for now) is still yours…
