Now here is a case where safe spaces are really needed. At the University of British Columbia (That’s in Canada for all you UC Santa Cruz Community Studies majors), A student saved the life of a co-ed who was about to be beheaded by a Saudi student.
The trigger warning was when witnesses saw the Saudi holding a knife to the woman’s throat in the act of committing a macro-aggression. Rather than make an official report to the office of Equity, Diversion and Inclusion, the student decided there was not enough time and took the law into his own hands.
I am also pleased to note that the Saudi student has now been barred for campus., That is until the vice chancellor (or whatever they called them in Canada) decides to shorten the punishment to thirty days or a warning letter.
