Canada's Trudeau Shows His Communist Side Praising Castro

Trudeau’s comments have drawn expected criticism and derision.

Only a communist puke like Trudeau (or should I write “Turdeau” like Anita from Canada likes to put?) could be so far to the left that he doesn’t see any problem the late Fidel Castro’s human rights abuses and record of political oppression.

Trudeau’s idiocy, however, has been great for jokes and parody, spawning a litany of parody tributes that have been dubbed with the hashtag #TrudeauEulogies.

In his statement, Trudeau expressed “deep sorrow” after learning of “the death of Cuba’s longest serving president.”

“Fidel Castro was a larger than life leader who served his people for almost half a century. A legendary revolutionary and orator, Mr. Castro made significant improvements to the education and healthcare of his island nation.”

“While a controversial figure, both Mr. Castro’s supporters and detractors recognized his tremendous dedication and love for the Cuban people who had a deep and lasting affection for ‘el Comandante’.”

Trudeau added that his late father, Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau “was very proud to call him a friend.”  Castro had been an honorary pallbearer at his father’s funeral.

But Trudeau didn’t stop there.  Oh, hell no.  He finished with a fabulatory double twist with a half flip: “We join the people of Cuba today in mourning the loss of this remarkable leader.”

Talk about sticking the landing!

The prime minister’s statement had Senator Marco Rubio asking: Is this real?

“If this is a real statement from the PM of Canada it is shameful & embarrassing,” tweeted the U.S. Senator and former presidential candidate of Cuban heritage.

U.S. Representative Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, who fled Cuba with her family when she was 8 and became the first American of Cuban birth elected to Congress, was not impressed with Trudeau either.

She said, ”I’ve been reading his sickening love letter to dead Fidel Castro and I’m thinking, ‘Sure, you did not lose a loved one to an execution squad. You did not lose a loved one to the gulags in Cuba.’”

“The only thing that Fidel has been successful in, has not been health nor education, or human rights or democracy, it’s been holding onto power — which is easy to do when you don’t have elections,” she continued.

Senator Ted Cruz, also a former presidential candidate like Rubio, whose father was born and raised in Cuba, called Trudeau’s tribute “disgraceful.”

The parody-style mocking especially hit the target in showing how disgraceful the Canadian Prime Minister’s love-letter to Castro truly was:
