Putin Ups The Nuclear Missile Ante

(Before It's News)

As if Russia’s Satan II missile isn’t bad enough, Russia has successfully developed a rail based nuclear missile launching system called the Barguzin. Recently the system had a successful test launch at the Plesetsk Cosmodrome, and Russia expects to have it in the field in 2018.

Russia is developing a railway based nuclear launcher which will be constantly on alert hurtling around the Motherland.

Disguised as regular passenger or freight trains, the carriages are actually packed with ballistic missiles designed to smash enemies of Putin.

The trains can be stopped at a moments notice and deploy massive nuclear missile launchers … .

The Barguzin nuke trains are described as “undetectable” and hold six RS-24 Yars missiles carrying 4 huge 250 kiloton warheads each with a range of 6,800 miles.

What may make this missile system hard to detect is that, unlike Soviet era rail mounted systems, the Barguzin nuke trains fit onto standard rail gauge and resemble ordinary railway cars. For instance, the recently tested missiles were on a railcar looking much like a freight refrigerator car.

I don’t know about this system being undetectable as I expect our satellites could pick up some kind of signature – radiological or other. But I am glad obama is leaving office. Because all he’d do in response to this new system is send a few billion dollars in foreign currency on pallets by plane to help the damn Russians pay for its development.
