Chaos in Germany: Anti-Migrant Protesters Storm Train Station to Protest Migrant Sex Attacks

On Thursday in Cologne, Germany, far-right anti-migrant protesters stormed the main train station in Cologne despite efforts made by police to prevent the protest.

The protesters , who are opposing Angela Merkel’s open door migration policy, crowded the station in Cologne which is near the city’s main square, where 1,000 women were sexually assaulted by Muslim migrants.

Protesters waved nationalist banners while police tried to cancel the event, calling it “a serious security threat, which cannot be averted otherwise”.

267 investigations against 333 suspects were launched following the New Year’s Eve attacks, according to Germany’s Die Welt news outlet. Only 30 people have been convicted for crimes.

Support in Germany for Muslim migrants has decreased. Last year, Germany welcomed more than one million refugees. Since their arrival, there has been a spike in violent crime and terrorism in Germany with many documented instances of  refugees assaulting and molesting German women and creating widespread unrest among the German people.

Protesters said the event was an effort to “show solidarity with the women” who were attacked on New Years Eve and to ensure that the main square does not become Muslim controlled “no go zone”.

ANTI-MIGRANT protesters stormed Cologne’s train station and main square in an open act of defiance after police try to ban the demonstration.

Members of the far right NDP group planned to take to Cologne’s main square, the scene of the depraved New Year sex attacks, to voice their oposition to Angela Merkel’s controversial open door migration policy – but police banned the event amid safety concerns.

Undeterred, dozens of protesters scaled Cologne’s train station, unveiling nationalist banners and chanting anti-mass immigration slogans.

In a well-orchestrated and pre-planned move, the NDP supporters clambered onto the station’s roof and revealed their anti-migrant banner.
