Where we are right now as Americans, but CHANGE is coming

So, here I again have a post sent to me by a very loyal reader. The good thing is; there’s a ton of truth here and sadly, the BAD part is; there’s a ton of truth here, but remember this; things change.

To paraphrase an old lawyer joke – But, I repeat myself, lawyers/politicians, same thing – Of the millions of political jokes – All but a few are true.

Ya’ know; I remember when the term, “come together” was something to be anticipated by a loving man and woman and had nothing to do with politics.

And, how about that old saying; “Politics makes strange bedfellows”? Kinda’ sounds like when the politician struck up a conversation in a D.C. bar with an obvious hooker who said; “I’ll screw anybody, anyplace, for a price, what’s your offer?” To which the politician replied; “Great! You’re in Congress too. What state do you represent?”

Then again, there may be something to these Liberals always screaming “RACIST!” They always say that blacks get twice the terms when convicted. How else can we rationalize Obama’s two terms?

If we had a “Truthful Google’ to look-up stuff and you typed in “political jokes” you’d probably be given pictures of most of Congress under “Images”.

Politicians have degenerated into “know-it-alls” who profess to have all of the facts for their constituents until their under oath or indictment.

Perhaps this is not really related to politics but, since so many politicians are adept at putting their foot in their mouth, I thought I’d include it; When coming home at 3:00 in the morning only to be greeted by an angry wife (constituency) it’s best not to slap her on the butt and say, “C’mon baby, let’s go upstairs, you’re next!”

Hang in there America, better days are on the horizon, and there’s nothing Obama can do that Trump can’t fix.
