It has been suggested by BBC that Christopher Steele was hired by Democrats to investigate Trump. Unclear as to where this clam comes from – if they are behind it, the fact they did not use it during the election would suggest that they knew it to be risible.

The left is evil. Anyone who thinks we can rest now that Trump is President is deluding themselves. Man your battle stations. We must protect our flank.

This is the first picture of a former British spy now in hiding because he fears Russian reprisals over his ‘dirty’ Donald Trump dossier.

Christopher Steele, 52, described as a ‘confirmed socialist’ as a Cambridge student, apparently packed his bags and fled his £1.5million Surrey mansion in fear yesterday telling his neighbour: ‘Look after my cats.’

Steele, a father-of-three and widower, may have gone abroad after being sensationally revealed as the author of a dossier on Donald Trump’s alleged outlandish sexual perversions with prostitutes in a Russian presidential suite.

Hours after he vanished ‘terrified for his safety’, the Russian Embassy in London sent a mysterious tweet saying: ‘Christopher Steele story: MI6 officers are never ex: briefing both ways – against Russia and US President’.

Steele was President of the Cambridge Union debating society in 1986, just before he joined MI6 in Moscow to spy as the Soviet Union collapsed.

His counterpart at the Oxford Union was Boris Johnson, and it is likely the two would have met in their respective roles.

One book on the Union’s history says he was a socialist who accused another student of being racist because he had visited the South African embassy at the height of apartheid.
