Just when you thought you’d seen it all, ISIS has taken its barbarism to another level, this time filming themselves using disabled fighters to carry out suicide bombings. The disturbing footage released by the Islamic State shows ISIS fighters helping a disabled man, who is a double amputee, into his wheelchair, strapping a bomb to his body, and wheeling him away to carry out a terrorist attack.
The video, “The Procession of Light”, is the first ISIS execution propaganda video released by the terrorist organization in 2017.
In the video, which was released on January 3 following a “teaser trailer” promoting its release, ISIS fighters behead and drown two prisoners.
The 42-minute video begins with footage of an ISIS suicide car bombing in Mosul, Iraq. Before blowing themselves up, the attackers in the video were interviewed by ISIS, who refer to the suicide bombers as “istishhad”, Arabic for “heroic death.”
In the last ISIS execution video , which was released in December, ISIS fighters burned two Turkish soldiers alive.

The man, who has no legs, is loaded with explosives and interviewed before being wheeled away to complete his mission.
It is believed that he was carrying out a suicide car bomb attack in Mosul.
Drone footage shows plumes of smoke rising from the area just moments after the man detonates his bomb.
In the rest of the clip, two executions are shown, of men who are accused of being Iraqi coalition spies.
One man is handcuffed before being taken to a rooftop and beheaded. The second man is waterboarded before being drowned completely as the audio of his alleged spying activities is played out.
