I was reading on another blog about married couples getting divorced because each spouse voted differently in the election. And, as would be expected, the person doing the divorcing is the one that voted for hiLIARy. This got me thinking. How divided are we? My god, I understand people who don’t know each other disliking the other side. Heck, I even understand having some contempt for distant family members who voted for the person you didn’t. But husband and wife?

A couple of 22 years getting divorced because the wife, a hiLIARy supporter, could no longer stand her husband because he voted for Trump. I can only assume that there must have been other factors involved and that this couple was in trouble to begin with.

This hype against Trump is nothing but whipped up insanity from the leaders on the left against Trump. They know that he is going to dismantle the last 30 years of their efforts in taking America down and they are out for blood. This is the first real conservative president since Reagan.

President Trump is a good choice of president, and is not a bad person. I mean, look what they say he has done that makes him the worst person in the world. He made a single statement a decade ago about how gold digging women throw themselves at celebrities. Yes, he said in in a vulgar manner, but seriously. He didn’t harm anyone, he made a joke. Remember when we used to be able to tell a joke?

But because Donald Trump said it, he should be destroyed?

He didn’t rape anyone or have an affair with his intern (Bill Clinton), he didn’t kill anyone, (Ted Kennedy), he didn’t smoke crack with some hooker in a seedy motel (Marion Barry), he didn’t text photos of his junk to underage girls (Anthony Weiner), he didn’t sell favors to our enemies (hiLIARy Clinton), he didn’t disrespect our military and throw his medals away (John Kerry), he didn’t have bribe money hidden in his freezer (William Jefferson), he didn’t make fun of Indian (dot head, not woo woo) convenience store clerks (Joe Biden), he didn’t belong to the KKK (Robert Byrd), he didn’t father a child with a 15 year old black woman (Strom Thurmond), he wasn’t caught texting sex message to teenage boys (Mark Foley), or run a gay house of prostitution with his boyfriend (Barney Frank), or try to pick up men in public restrooms (Larry Craig), and those are just from memory, I haven’t even Googled anything yet.

Donald Trump did nothing like any of those other politicians, yet those people are beloved and he is hated.

CNN (Concocted News Network) runs cover for all democrats that commit real crimes and atrocities, but when it comes to Trump, everything he does is despicable and he is to be slandered and ruined, no matter how many facts they need to create or ignore in order to do it.

And for how long have the American people (both democrat and republican) been claiming they want a president that says what he means and means what he says? A president that will do away with government bureaucracy? A president that obtains his office without owing favors to special interest or wall street? A president that will work for ALL people and NOT for government?

And we finally get a man like this, but because he is republican, he is to be obliterated. Has partisan politics gotten so out of hand, that so many fail to see what is good about Donald Trump? Good for ALL of us, not just republicans.

But Donald Trump made fun of a crippled reporter. So? The guy deserved it. This guy, a reporter, attacked Trump when he pointed out that lots of muslims in America were cheering as the World Trade Center Buildings came crashing down. We all saw these sick people cheering in the streets on 9/11, and yes, it did happen. So, Trump rightfully attacked back. What was he supposed to do?

Let this reporter who attacked him first, continue reporting fake news? I thought we were supposed to go after those that reported fake news. I thought we were supposed to treat everyone the same. Should Trump have treated the man differently? Not to mention, Trump did not attack the guy’s disability. Trump mimicked the man being flustered for being called out. But nope, Trump hates all disabled people. REALLY?

And can anyone who is against Trump say they are perfect?

Have they never committed a social faux pas, or insulted anyone? Are they themselves so perfect that they can demand the same of others?

A wise man once said “Let he who is without sin cast the first stone”. I see a lot of stones being hurled at Trump. What makes these people so perfect that they can condemn the President of the United States?

The only thing that the left hates about Trump is that he is NOT hiLIARy. They lost and they can’t understand why. But, but, we were promised that hiLIARy would become president. We were promised free stuff if only we voted for the she queen. And we all know that liberals cannot handle losing. They never lose, they’re special…mommy and daddy said so.

Well, I have a theory. The left is not afraid President Trump will be a detriment to America. They are terrified he will succeed at making it great again. That once the people, their people, all people, see what happens when America has a real leader, they will never vote democrat ever again. That the leaders of the left will be seen as the inept morons that they truly are.

And if the hatred and the violence from the left does not stop, we on the right are going to respond. We have been relatively quiet and patient for the most part.

Now, I was not alive during the period of the Civil War, but I will bet that what we are seeing today is damn close to how people were way back then. Politeness between the left and the right is all but hanging by a thread. When obama was supreme ruler, we were shut down, marginalized, called names, and had our careers and reputations destroyed for speaking out against the boy king, and yet, our actions were nowhere near the hatred and violence that the left is committing today, not even close.

And we conservatives remember how we were treated, and we all know full well what would be happening to us right now had hiLIARy won the election.

Well, if this hatred by the left doesn’t stop soon enough, another civil war may be on the horizon. A house divided thing applies here. We are now on par with the Jews and the Arabs living together. (Or is it the Sunnis and the Shiites?) There seems to be no common ground anymore. The left will not admit that a single thing can be agreed upon between the parties. If Trump is for it, they are against it. If it is good for the country, they want it destroyed at all costs. There are no pulling punches here. Imagine if wrestling got real. The banter back and forth is no longer fake.

People need to accept that sometimes they win, and sometimes we win. Politics is a mutual tug-o-war where the knot goes back and forth but no one party ever wins or loses. That is how our Founding Fathers set things up. They knew that no one single party should ever be in total control all the time. They knew that absolute power corrupts absolutely. But now, the left wants to win, and for good. They want their way all the time, so they can rule over everyone. After all, they know what’s best.

I guess this is what happens when you raise a generation of children who are never taught how to lose. They grow up and losing is not an option. What they have lost is the concept that our government should always be at odds with itself. That it is this struggle of back and forth power that is what keeps the government in check. It is what keeps any one party from gaining too much control.

We The People are supposed to be united. Yes, we can disagree on things here and there, and root for our side to win, but somewhere along the way, for some, it became personal. This hatred and violence if not stopped, may lead us to a place we may not be able to come back from. We must avoid this at all costs.

And are we really going to kill each other over politicians? Seriously? Think about that for a moment. Brother against brother, husband versus wife, over people like Mitch McConnell or Elizabeth Warren. OMG…what has happened to us? We laugh when we see certain countries where the citizens riot, burn things down, and kill each other over the results of a soccer game…and we shake our heads and laugh at them. But here we are, doing the same damn thing. My team lost, so I will destroy you for rooting for the other side. WTF?

America will survive and prosper as long as we have a two party system. The key here is that no matter which party is in charge, and which party loses, that no ONE SINGLE party EVER remain in power for too long. Just like with capitalism in the private sector, there must be competition within our political system as well. That way, while our political leaders constantly duke it out amongst themselves, We The People always remain in control.
