A SHOPPING centre in Paris was evacuated after a pressure cooker explosive device was found planted inside.

The incident happened at the Vélizy 2 shopping centre, just outside of the French capital.The area around the mall was placed on lockdown with cops directing traffic away.

Local reports state that security guards raised the alarm after spotting two suspicious men entering the centre.

One of them is then said to have left the pressure cooker ‘bomb’ in the mall.Unconfirmed local reports say one of the suspects was arrested and the other is on the run.

Anti-terror cops are said to have stormed the building to search for potential explosives.
