Another milestone has been reached in America’s decline:

If the House of Representatives don’t know Biggie Smalls — well now they know.

The late hip-hop legend was honored on the floor of Congress Thursday by Brooklyn Congressman Hakeem Jeffries, who recited the lyrics to Biggie’s 1994 song “Juicy” in observance of the 20th anniversary of the rapper’s murder.

Once, great speeches were made by great men on the floor of the House of Representatives. Now, we get Hakeem Jeffries:

The name Jeffries may be familiar to students of moonbattery. Back in the late 1980s–early 1990s, Hakeem’s uncle Leonard Jeffries was infamous for preaching his hatred of white people at the City College of New York.
