As Trump meets “moderate’ Abbas in Bethlehem, the ‘Palestinian Authority’ names squares in Israel after murderers

It is not an act of defiance in order to embarrass the President. It is standard operating procedure. Heralding and honoring jihadis who slaughter Jews is essential to the annihilationist zeitgeist of the Islamic culture of the Muslims in “disputed” Israel territories. The celebrities of Islamic culture in Gaza, Judea and Samaria are mass murderers. It is taught to the children in the schools. It is relentlessly thematic in “Palestinian” television, music, books and, of course, the mosques. The PA carries on its policy of honoring jihad murderers by naming streets, squares, and schools after them. Jewish genocide is aspirational.

In order for President Trump design effective foreign policy in the Middle East, he must understand that Islamic Jew-hatred is in the Quran. Hatred and genocide are righteous under Islam.

In the weeks leading up to his meeting tomorrow with US President Trump, PA Chairman Abbas has done his best to convince Trump and the world that the PA desires peace with Israel.

But words are one thing, and actions are another. While Abbas has been talking about peace, the PA has named two squares after terrorist murderers, behind Trump’s back:

The Karim Younes Square in Jenin

The Maher Younes Square in Tulkarem

Karim and Maher Younes are two Israeli Arab cousins who kidnapped and murdered Israeli soldier Avraham Bromberg in 1980. They are each serving a 40-year sentence for this crime.

In this way Abbas’ deception continues. Regardless of Trump’s visit, the PA carries on its policy of honoring terrorist murderers by naming streets, squares, and schools after them.

While Abbas assures Trump in Bethlehem that there is a genuine Palestinian desire for peace, Palestinians in Jenin and Tulkarem will gather in squares newly named after terrorist murderers.

The naming of the square in Jenin was held under the auspices of District Governor of Jenin Ibrahim Ramadan, the Fatah Movement, and the Jenin Municipality. At the ceremony, greetings from Abbas and the PA leadership expressing “honor and pride” were conveyed to the imprisoned terrorists and murderers:

“Relatives of Karim and Maher Younes participated in the naming ceremony, which was under the auspices of Jenin District Governor [Ibrahim Ramadan], the Fatah Movement, the Jenin Municipality, and the Supreme Council for Aiding and Supporting the Prisoners… Jenin District Governor Ibrahim Ramadan conveyed a greeting [expressing] honor and pride to the prisoners and their relatives on behalf of [PA] President Mahmoud Abbas and the Palestinian leadership.”

Jenin District Governor Ibrahim Ramadan sat together with the mother of murderer Karim Younes at the naming of the square in Jenin. The two held a poster showing Yasser Arafat, murderer Karim Younes, and PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas.

At the ceremony naming the square in Tulkarem, PA official and District Governor of Tulkarem Issam Abu Bakr emphasized the PA’s veneration for the terrorist murderers:

“Tulkarem District Governor Issam Abu Bakr unveiled the square in Tulkarem that was named after prisoner Maher Younes (i.e., terrorist, kidnapped and murdered 1)… The district governor said: ‘This is in appreciation of fighter Maher Younes… I thank the Tulkarem Municipality and all of the district’s bodies for this national act of standing side by side with the prisoners and expressing support for them. We permanently stand by our fighters.’”

Palestinian Media Watch exposed earlier this month that the PA also has announced its intention of naming a main street in Jenin after kidnapper-murderer Karim Younes:

“Jenin District Governor Ibrahim Ramadan and Director of [PLO] Commission of Prisoners and Released Prisoners’ Affairs Issa Karake announced that one of the main streets in the city [of Jenin] will be named after veteran prisoner Karim Younes.”

“The events of solidarity with the prisoners who are hunger striking for the 32nd consecutive day (i.e., since April 17, 2017) continued in light of the rage against the occupation over the injustice in the way the [Israeli] Prison Service behaves towards the prisoners.

Many delegations of solidarity have come to the sit-in strike tent in the center of Jenin to express their support for the prisoners in the battle of dignity until obtaining their just rights on the way to releasing the prisoners from the occupation’s prisons.

Jenin activists named the square where the sit-in strike tent of solidarity is located after prisoner Karim Younes (i.e., terrorist, murdered 1). Relatives of the prisoners from the Palestinian Interior (i.e., Palestinian term for Israel) and from throughout the whole district, and relatives of Karim and Maher Younes (i.e., terrorists, murdered 1) participated in the naming ceremony, which was under the auspices of Jenin District Governor [Ibrahim Ramadan], the Fatah Movement, the Jenin Municipality, and the Supreme Council for Aiding and Supporting the Prisoners…

We permanently stand by our fighters, who should be victorious in the [hunger] strike of dignity and freedom that has been going on for the last 25 consecutive days.’”
