Berkeley Illegal Alien Advocate Calls for Assaulting People for Being White

Normally, it is only people suspected of not holding left-wing political views who are publicly assaulted in Berkeley. But Juan Prieto wanted to celebrate Cinco de Mayo by extending this to all gringos:

Juan Prieto, an English student at UC Berkeley, made the remark on Twitter two days after receiving Berkeley’s Robert J. and Mary Catherine Birgeneau Recognition Award for Service to Undocumented Students. …

The illegal immigrant student referred to a battle in Mexico in which the Mexican army defeated French occupiers.

One difference: this time it is “undocumented” foreigners like Prieto who are the illegitimate occupiers in someone else’s country.

The student describes himself as queer, “undocumxnted,” and a “pessimistic hoe” on his Twitter profile. “I’m an atheist because heaven has a border, and [f***] borders,” his profile reads.

Prieto is the social media coordinator at UC Berkeley’s Undocumented Student Program, which provides academic help, legal support, and financial aid info to illegal immigrant students.

The English student posted his speech at the Chancellor’s Awards for Public Service ceremony to his Facebook profile.

“My mom broke legal bounds to get me here,” stated Prieto, “and that’s what we need allies to be doing.”

In case that wasn’t clear, he makes it more explicit:

“I need you to break laws with us.”

Pietro’s militant moonbattery has brought him to national attention before:

Heat Street reported on the raucous Berkeley protests by students who called for “spaces of color”, while harassing white students trying to study and barring their path across a key bridge. Many observers were dismayed by the protesters’ lack of self-awareness and humorless mien. So who are these students?

Meet Juan A. Prieto, the apparent ringleader of the Berkeley student group “Fight4SpacesofColor” that organized the protest. He describes himself on Facebook as a “Self-entitled punk who rather leach off of the American system than construct a life for himself” (he adds a Communist hammer and sickle to the end of his bio).

His radical politics are well known. In an article for The Daily Californian, Prieto told readers that he’s an undocumented immigrant living in the US and said: “So, no, I’m not registered to vote. I’m registered to [f***] [sh**] up.”

Attitudinally, he is well qualified to work at Berkeley, a heavily taxpayer-subsidized institution that appears to be devoted to America’s downfall.
