Obamacare Repeal And Replace Bill Hits Wall In The US Senate

Just last week the Republican-led US House of Representatives narrowly passed the revised version of the American Health Care Act, the bill that is to replace Obamacare.

But just as President Trump praised the House’s efforts, Senate Republicans came out in opposition to the bill by saying that their chamber of government would “start from scratch” and draft their own Obamacare replacement bill.

This past Sunday, President Trump reassured Americans that the Senate would not drop the ball with replacing Obamacare.

With moderates like Collins in the Senate opposing the more-Conservative  House healthcare bill, the anti-Obamacare Senate bill could strongly resemble the existing Affordable Care Act, minus a few mandates.
